I had applied for duplicate pan card with changes on 8th march 2017.
Also sent the documents to pune.
On 21st march the status was
"we have received the documents with reference to your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. Your application is under process with nsdl"

The status has not...

My pan card address and name changes application acknowledgement number: [protected] dated 15th february, 2017.

The status showing under process, now it is more than two months we are not able to get it. And when we try to call their customer help line number[protected], we get the engaged toon all time, also sent request/reminder mails to [protected]@nsdl.co.in but no response. Please help us, we are totolly not able to...

I had applied for pan using e-kyc facility (Aadhar card based authentication) on 16/04/2017, acknowledgment number : [protected].
On completion i received this message,

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But now when i check my pan application status...

Application for pan card was made on 24/03/2017 application number [protected]. documents received by nsdl and confirmed that the same is received on 30/03/2014. but still date pan has not been received status shown as documents received and application under process called the call center but in vain pending for more than 15 days. call centre lines are always busy number 27218080 is always busy unable to connect...

I be submitted my change in pan card.. Bt due to i don't have documents which was asked by your side.. And by mistake i ve paid the amount.

Further when i am trying to call on your helpline nos. As given on your portal, no one receives the call and the status still...

I have applied for many pan card on 3rd march 2017 on nsdl and payment is also successfull. But from last 45 days it is showing me the same status that application is received and under verification. In fact it has become much more than 40 days. Going to be a 1 & off month almost. I am in urgent need of pan card. Please help me out with this. Its really really urgent. Even the customer care numbers provided on their website is not working...

18 days back i applied ...
I am checking my pan card status at NSDL status track.

Present status is:- We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL.

We also send a mail for further quiry but no respond from NSDL...

Pending way since long. Have called them so many times and the only reply I get is to wait for 3 to 4 days which has converted into months now.
Hope there is some resolution soon. The govt claims to have been on fast track mode on 1 end and the ground reality is different....
