My pan card acknowledgement no is [protected] name :- bandu janardan kshatriy. This ack not process from last 4 month. Status show on pan side "we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. Your application is under process with nsdl". I have send the mail to nsdl many time but no action regarding on pan application. Pls kindly request do something about this

      I had filled online application, payed the required fee and speed posted all the necessary documents. to NSDL Pune on 13/02/2017 but still its showing "We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL". The PAN Card it required urgently but still after several follow times to the customer care no.[protected] which is 24 x 7 always busy. Also tried on other contact no. But not responding to any. lease see to the matter. Acknowledgement number is [protected] & name is propheta gustin miranda. Request you attention & help in this matter since its extremely urgent.

            NSDL website says aadhaar verification, failed but UIDAI email says verification success.

            Hi tried applying for pan correction several times, but everytime i got a message the aadhar verification failed, but in contrary i get an email from uidai that verification was successful. Kindly let us know what is this contrary information.

            Dear Team,

            I had applied for PAN modification request for "Father's Name" change two months prior. However, after long time it got approved from Income Tax Department status reflected on website. And the status is changed to "PAN card will be dispatched soon". This status is updated from last ten to eleven days but still waiting for the delivery. Actually want to know why all this work is getting unnecessarily delayed?? And what is the timeline set for responding at least on mail...

            Requesting your help to get the work to be expedite... As lot many work is pending due to this.

            Yes, I got an update from NSDL dept., they mentioned that my pan card will be delivered by 30th April. So waiting for the delivery, once it is received will mark this complaint as resolved.

              Sir,

              In March 1st week, i applied for the pan card for my wife "Namrata Mahapatra". Her pan application acknowledgment number is [protected]. Now it has been around one and half month, but i have not yet heard back anything on my pan card application status. When i check my pan card status on portal, it's showing that "we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. Your application is under process with nsdl".

              I tried to reach through phone as well as email but i couldn't get through. I am really disappointed with this kind of services.

              Therefore, i’m requesting you to please issue the pan as soon possible.

                Sir,
                I applied new pan for mother in online ekyc option for her aadhar verification.
                " Temporary - token. No. [protected] dated :[protected]:40:31.222".
                I have paid an amount of Rs. 116. 20 using my debit card of State Bank of India. My balance was deducted from the bank on 13/04/2017 but aadhar verification was not completed due to Aadhaar Authentication problem.Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status

                "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days."

                I have not received my refund till now.

                I have yet not received pancard for my acknowledgment number [protected] and the site flashes the message-Your application is under process at TIN Facilitation Center. Kindly call[protected] for further processing of your application.

                      I got a 'Documents recieved' mail on March 04, 2017 and I was told that the PAN will be processed and sent to me in 2-3 weeks. I am currently in an urgent need of my PAN card and the customer care number is always busy.

                      And I even called up Aaykar Sampark Kendra and told them about this and they gave me a complaint number[protected] which was even no use

                      Kindly help me with this issue and help me get my PAN card as quickly as possible

                          We applied on line for issuance of PAN for APEDA Employees Credit and Thrift Society on 16th February 2017. The Acknowledgement no. is N[protected]. The hard copy of the application has also been received in the NSDL office as informed vide their email dated on 10th March 2017. The PAN card has not been issued even after more than one month. Therefore, it is requested to kindly expedite the process and issue the PAN for APEDA Employees Credit and Thrift Society immediately as all the banking transactions are suspended due to requirement of the PAN.

And its really urgent for me to get me my pancard. Its always shopwing that its under facilition center, even after calling so many times at the number, there is no response from the other side.                                   Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. We are following up with concern team for earliest resolution
                                  PAN applied for my daughter . Acknowledgement [protected] over 3 months ago. First NSDL website said half a dozen calls made to call center. Reminders sent on 12.5.17, 6.6.2017, 12.6.2017 and 20.06.2017 & 27.06.2017 and requested to issue without Aadhar if aadhar seeding fails.
                                  Most irresponsible service i have come across. You need patience of an ### to get through the call center. When finally get through, they just repeat check after 5 days. Do not apply their mind at all. WORST EVER SERVICE.
                                  Career of a child is getting affected as recruiters asking for PAN during campus interview.

                                    I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my mother. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.116.20 using my debit card of bank of baroda. My balance was deducted from the bank on 10/04/2017 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status

                                    "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days."

                                    I have not received my refund till now.

                                      I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
                                      Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
                                      now its been over a month but...
