Dear Sir,

i have paid online fee for New PAN card, but it deduct from my account successfully but shows "your transaction cancel and refund please make a fresh payment". i paid again and show the same massage. the fees deduct from my account twice time and the application show pending fees. please refund my amount (117.35+117.35=234.70/-) to my account. detail is mention below

    I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my sister. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 12/01/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to aadhar mobile number registered details are not match registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." I dont got a refund message from my bank . when i get refund amount of my Pan Application? I need my amount. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something ...

      I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20 using my debit card.       Same thing happend with me today! What should I do now?
      I have faced the same issue while processing the pan application token no [protected]
      acknowlegment no [protected] . There may be several technical reasons for failure aadhar authentication through otp (sometimes due to slow internet or bad browsers page wont load and due to continuos requests it exceeds limit) . I know you wont give me refund its loss of 100 for me.

      Please allow the user to choose option whether proceed
      with
      1) sending physical documents by post
      2) refund of complete application fee by cancelling it because he may reapply after solving his aadhar otp issue linking mobile no or email id properly again as he may not be able to send all documents physically .
      3)or verifying his aadhar some other day again incase he provides valid aadhar linked mobile no or email id.

      So please update your website regarding this and comfort people to get online .(digital india)

      however if possible give me full refund as my case was also same.

        I Karma Tshering Lepcha D.O.B - 11.07.1987 had applied for a pan card about a week ago my ack no: [protected]. The cost of applying for a PAN according to my research all over india is Rs.107 . But they charged me rs.150 and everyone else waitin for their turn and I met a person who comes on a daily basis since he collects form from others on a commission basis he told me that it had been ongoing for months. just to be sure ask and call the people with the ack no before mine hopefully most of them.would have the same story of rs.150 being charged .Serious implications can be taken against your co. and employees for fraud, cheating, and providing wrong info according to IPC and you might lose your license for your franchise in Darjeeling. Please take necessary actions as to remove the malpractices as soon as possible or to face legal actions and an article in the local newspapers unmasking the malpractices. .             I was applying for pan online on 10th and 11th of January 2017, I tried to make online payment four times ( one time through net banking and three times through debit card) but it failed all the times.
            I got the refund for net banking on 19th January 2017 but it is still pending for the debit cards. Application token no. is [protected].

              I am Ex. Ct/GD. Muzaffar Ahmad War from CRPF. I forgot my password of PRAN NO.[protected].I Tried lot to recover my password but unfortunately I could not recover it. Unfortunately I changed my mobile number before few years now I can not receive OTP number. Now I tried on "Go to noodle office" it shows me to contact your nearest branch but my house is faraway from NSDL branch (Kashmir to Delhi). I can't go there easily. I have to submit my documents to my Headquarter urgently.                 My name is Vishal Pareek and have applied for PRAN on NSDL website but and against the one PRAN[protected] has been alloted to me and made the min contribution along with esign off.

                However have a account with ICICI and during my research incorrectly applied for NPS on their web site but not made any contribution and not signed the docs but without discussion ICICI has also applied a PRAN for me and according one more PRAN has alloted to me.

                Now the issue is my correct PRAN[protected] is inactive and second PRAN is active however second PRAN is having all wrong details and pending for all verification.

                I have requested to your team many time that please activate my correct account and inactive the second account but they are not helpful.

                I had a discussion with ICICI as well and they are fine with the de activation buy your team is not ready for any change.

                Please provide your support and activate the correct PRAN account.

                    I had applied online for re-issue of my Pan Card No. ADAPR9939C on 31/07/2016 and online payment of Rs. 110.45 was made on 01/08/2016 vide transaction id No. VIN/NSDLPAN /[protected]/0. I have lost the acknowledgement number and cannot recall it. Even after a lapse of more than 5 months I have not received my Pan Card. My details are as under :

                      I had applied for PAN Card on 10.01.2017, token No. [protected], I made payment of processing fees of Rs. 110/- three times as per the message flashed on the screen being unsucessful payment. Fees have been deducted from my account three times but payment has not been completed towards PAN Processing fees. Site is again requesting to make payment. it is therefore requested to refund the fees paid me.

                          Sir/Madam,

                          I opened an Atal Pension Yojana (APY) through ICICI net-banking and contributing regularly. But I am unable to track my contributions. I have not received any document or statement regarding my APY contributions. Just I received the mail saying that my PRAN number is created on 20th June 2016. But while I was trying to create IPIN, system displays an error massage 'PRAN not found in database'.

                              I'm Srinath G, wanted to download the Atal Pension Yojana Statement. But, while tried login to NSDL (https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/) Portal it is asking for UserID and Password, where I don't have the same.
                              Bank is also unable to provide.
                              Unable to reset the password also using PRAN[protected], it says no PRAN Found.
                              Please help in this.

                                I have apply pan online and PAN Application - token.
