At the end of july, i submitted an application on the nsdl e-governance website for getting my address and other details updated on my pan card.
I tried paying the fees of rs 116.20, but the transaction did not go through even after 3 tries. However, i noticed the next day that the transactions showed on my credit card.
On contacting the customer care, i was informed that there was an ongoing issue with the nsdl website and...

Called the customer service number but they are not able to help either. It seems as though the ITD Dept is taking a long time to confirm status....

My NSDL-PRAN Card No.[protected] named U.Kiran. I have paid Rs.1200/- form Andhra Bank, Hampankatta Branch Mangalore. Initially they said we have to pay the same amount every year. I have applied for pan card & acknowledgement no. is n-[protected] on 06.09.16, But I was check the status on nsdl web site for status. Then I found status is Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.

I am a government employee working in bank of india. And i have account on tire i - on nsdl central record keeping agency.
My user id =[protected] but due to some wrong attempts my password will not working so my account is being locked.

Sir, i had requested for change in my address with proofs. But even then my proper address is not registered and a pan card is sent to me. Viewing the attached proofs, please correct my address and avail the pan card of proper address.
