At the end of july, i submitted an application on the nsdl e-governance website for getting my address and other details updated on my pan card.
I tried paying the fees of rs 116.20, but the transaction did not go through even after 3 tries. However, i noticed the next day that the transactions showed on my credit card.
On contacting the customer care, i was informed that there was an ongoing issue with the nsdl website and i should submit a fresh application. I was also told that the 3 prior transaction would be reverted. I followed the instruction and submitted a fresh application and did not have any problems with it.
However, till this date, i have not received the complete refund on the 3 transactions that were in error on 29th july 2016.

I have exchanged about 20+ emails and called their customer care more than 7 times over the last month and a half now.

The only e-mail response i have gotten so far is -
"we thank you for your below e-mail with regard to your application submitted to nsdl vide acknowledgement number [protected]
We have escalated your issue to the relevent department and will respond to you shortly.
We regret the inconvenience caused to you and request your co-operation in this regard."

I have got this over and over again every couple of days when i ask for an update.

When i call the customer care (And i have talked to operations manager too couple of times), i receive assurances that it will be processed in the next 48 hours but no one is keeping up on their words.

My frustration reached new heights today when the customer care rep denied completely that they have got an e-mail from me on this issue; when in fact i have received 6 responses from various members of their customer care team.

Such blatant lies to cover up, the inaction and lack of transparency show the sorry state of affairs at the nsdl office. Given the level of indifference and apathy that is being shown here for an issue, they might as well dissolve the customer care team. It will at least save some time and frustration for the end user.

As I said earlier, I have sent more than 10 e-mails to [protected]@nsdl.co.in and called[protected] about 6 times now over the last month and spoken to 3 different operations managers!!!.. There hasn't been one hint of an update from NSDL side.

                    NSDL issue PAN no.-ALEPK5099C for 2 persons so after request NSDL cancelled my PAN No.-ALEPK5099C and I am handover pan card by speed post to NSDL. NSDL issue me a new PAN card but it was not updated by bank, they required cancellation letter of old PAN card. So please send me a cancellation letter of PAN no.-ALEPK5099C.

                      b. Calling CRA’s helpline number (Toll-free) 1800-222-080 and authenticating yourself with the Telequery Personal Identification Number (T-PIN) allotted to you.
                      c. Writing to CRA in prescribed format (Form G1-which is available on our website-www.npscra.nsdl.co.in under the menu ‘Subscriber Corner’). If Form G1 cannot be downloaded by the subscribers, they can simply write a letter to CRA and send it to the following address:

                            I have submitted online for my pan card correction.. On 04-aug-2016. But after filing my debit card detail for payment by billdesk.. The payment had been cancelled... But money 110/- is deducted from my state bank account... Kindly refund my money to my bank account as soon as possible... Thank you..

                              Sir, i had requested for change in my address with proofs. But even then my proper address is not registered and a pan card is sent to me. Viewing the attached proofs, please correct my address and avail the pan card of proper address. I also mailed to "[protected]@nsdl.Co.In" after receiving the new pan card, but no response is being given. I tried to contact income tax department who gave me a no: [protected], but the call is not being received.

                                Hi nsdl,
                                At the time of applying my new pan cardform 49a through nsdl website during my payment session i got message that payment is cancelled. Attached is the screen shot for the same.
                                Request you to refund my payment. The details are as follows:-

                                Dob:[protected]
                                Email id : [protected]@outlook.Com
                                Date of payment: 06 aug 2016 and 08 aug 2016
                                Amount paid: rs.223.20
                                (Payment was done twice through ubi - internet banking)

                                Note: i made payment twice and both the time my payment got cancelled my amount was deducted twice. So i request you to reimburse single payment and kindly generate my acknowledgement number soon.
                                Since pan card is mandatory for applying my educational loan.
                                Kindly consider my situation and help me soon.

                                    Sir, I had applied twice for the pan card, but both the times the transaction failed and the amount (223.20 rupees) was transferred from my account. It was written on the site that the amount would be remitted as soon but still I didn't received the money. I have also complained earlier on the site of NSDL, but there is no respone from them and I didn't received any email from the m which can satisfy my complain in any way.Please return the amount. My detail are as follows:
