I made the payment online application for pan but at the time of generation of acknowledgement my computer was off due to not having invertor now i recieve that payment is succeeded but i am not getting the acknowledgement it shows pos 22453746 and e-governance infrastmumbai in txn#[protected]. i dont know acknowledgement no. and transaction no. and i have not recieved e mail but payment is made

but payment is made and in it no transation no. Is recieved by me

    I have applied for reprinting of pan card application no for the same is: [protected].
    On the date of 19/11/2015 i have received an e mail update that my document verification is done and application data for pan aoapt6556n will be compared with income tax department's database . And pending at income tax department.

    I had made no. Of calls to nsdl they said it is pending at itd and we cannot do any thing.
    After that i call the income tax department they updated that all the verification is done from there side and application is pending an nsdl. They even registered a complain against nsdl. Complain no for the same is: 5926188 dated 19 jan-2016.
    But till now there is no update and my pan card is not dispatched.

      I have applied for new PAN card on[protected]. My acknowledgement number is [protected]. I have enclosed the required documents and did a registered post. As of the postal India website my documents have been delivered to NSDL by[protected].

      Still my pan status is "Documents have not been received yet". It's too early to complain but I don't want to be too late too.

      I got a mail on yesterday(04-02-2016) that NSDL has received my documents and the status has been changed to "your application is under process".

          Respected sir or Madam,

          I am employee of J&K Bank Ghaziabad Branch.I had applied for PRAN [Permanent Retirement Account Number] under the government scheme of NPS.. But I have not received PRAN Card and also any pin. I had informed Nodal Office, Chennai and sent mail Customer Care and Raise the Grievence on NSDL web site. They replied me with the speed post No. EM[protected]IN. When I checked this number in online tracking system, it is shwoing undelivered to Delises office (Mumbai). Again I was informed it is undelivered and after two monts shows no content found post office says we return it But they said again we are not received yet. I said you can check on this number in online tracking system.

          Since last 5 months i am following up with CRA-NSDL and there is no proper response. Staff at CRA is not taking calls most of the times and if in case they take the calls they are not giving the proper feedback and information on my query. Nobody taking care my complaint. They dont care of the Customer. I am following Customer Care, Grievence, and mail also. Now I'am mentally haresh this is serious issue please necessary action also send it to my office adress

                    When I track my new PAN card application, I am getting the below status.

                    I never applied for my PAN before but I see two acknowledgment numbers when I search with my name and Date of birth.

                    However below is the acknowledgment number I was given when I applied.

                    Category : Individual
                    Status :
                    Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.

                        I'm trying to open an Individual National Pension Scheme (eNPS) Account online with Acknowledgement # 11009564, Acknowledgement Date : 12/01/2016.
                        As per procedure of account opening I completed all segments of eNPS registration and then paid the initial contribution amount of Rs. 500/- via my Syndicate Bank account and payment was successful and amount was debited from my bank account (transaction reference# IB PG Txn[protected] [protected]). But since I did not get any confirmation from NSDL, I once again made the initial contribution of Rs. 500/- (transaction reference# IB PG Txn[protected] [protected]), thinking that something must have gone wrong the first time. Again, I did not get any confirmation from NSDL. So totally I have paid Rs. 1000/- as my initial contribution but still not got any confirmation from NSDL.
                        I have tried numerous times to contact NSDL but no one is answering my call. Please resolve this immediately.

                        NSDL is just doing a Copy Paste of a standard reply without even reading the grievance.

                          My Acknowledgement Number is 11009564 and the Acknowledgement Date is 12/01/2016. When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." I am getting this message for the last 3-4 days. I have registered a case at Grievance Redressal Cell of PFRDA (Acknowledgement Number :[protected] but the issue HAS NOT BEEN resolved yet.
                          My grievance has not been read correctly.
                          PRAN number is NOT generated yet because initial payment has not been made. I am unable to complete the Pending Registration as I am getting the error as described.
                          No PRAN number, IPIN or TPIN has been allotted to me.

                          I just tried calling the NPS number[protected] provided on the website https://npscra.nsdl.co.in/contact-us.php. When the operator picked up, he connected me to the PRAN department. The call centre person in PRAN department said that I need to wait for 2 to 3 days for the payment gateway to drop my request. Hope that it works after 2 to 3 days.

                          i am also getting the same error attached for more than 1 days getting while doing PRAN payment . kindly resolve this issue and allow me to complete the registration process

                          This is the only reason thats why we middle class service guys never trust on Government Institutions... India will never rise if such kind of things happens with the Government websites...

                          And Government says that they are transforming towards Digital... This is really a ###... Non digital things were much better atleast we can get our Work done... If NPS unable to resolve our issues ontime its better to shutdown such websites... it really ###...
