I had tried to register for e NPS online on 23/01/2016.

Received acknowledgement number 11011742.

paid the requisite money through net banking.

Unable to print form after 4 days as website still shows pending confirmation from payment gateway.

The amount has been debited from my account on 23rd Jan 2016 itself.

When I track my new PAN card application, I am getting the below status.

I never applied for my PAN before but I see two acknowledgment numbers when I search with my name and Date of birth.

However below is the acknowledgment number I was given when I applied.

Category : Individual
Status :
Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.

When I try to Complete the pending registration, I get as message "Your are a registered user with pending payment confirmation. Please try after some time". I am getting this message last 3 days. Please do the needful.

I'm trying to open an Individual National Pension Scheme (eNPS) Account online with Acknowledgement # 11009564, Acknowledgement Date : 12/01/2016.
As per procedure of account opening I completed all segments of eNPS registration and then paid the initial contribution amount of Rs. 500/- via my Syndicate Bank account and payment was successful and amount was debited from my bank account (transaction reference# IB PG Txn[protected] [protected]). But since I did not get any confirmation from NSDL, I once again made the initial contribution of Rs. 500/- (transaction reference# IB PG Txn[protected] [protected]), thinking that something must have gone wrong the first time. Again, I did not get any confirmation from NSDL. So totally I have paid Rs. 1000/- as my initial contribution but still not got any confirmation from NSDL.
I have tried numerous times to contact NSDL but no one is answering my call. Please resolve this immediately.

My Acknowledgement Number is 11009564 and the Acknowledgement Date is 12/01/2016. When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." I am getting this message for the last 3-4 days. I have registered a case at Grievance Redressal Cell of PFRDA (Acknowledgement Number :[protected] but the issue HAS NOT BEEN resolved yet.

Dear sir i had applied new pan in the name of ymack & co. Having application no. [protected] and date of incorporation[protected]. Pan no. Is alloted to me but the mistake is on pan printing i.E.[protected] instead of[protected]. Hi I opened a new NPS account in IDBI Bank Kandivali (W) Branch on December 9, 2015. However I have not received my PRAN Number or Card till dat My Receipt Number is[protected]

As per my little knowledge SSLC or Secondary School Leaving Certificate issuing by State Govt is equivalent to Matriculation Certificate. But recently when I submitted SSLC certificate of my Mother's PAN card Correction there raised the confusion that SSLC is not considering as Matriculation certificate. I am a keralite, we are getting 10th certificate which is given by state govt and the certificate is named as SSLC. If this is the case then why got not taking any action to rectify this Discrepancy, which is giving confusion to the verifying authorities. From their view of point SSLC is not a Valid document. What I understood is the verification authorities doesn't that person's born before e1989 SSLC can be taken as proof of Date of Birth.
