    Hello,

    I had filled online application form in December 2012 for correction in my PAN Card. It has been almost 5 months now and the status on site shows invalid documents. When I call tininfo customer care everytime they check my documents and confirm that the documents are correct and in 3-4 working days status will change. Now it has been over 1-2 working months but nothing has moved. The trouble is tininfo customer care personnel are not even qualified to explain to customer what is not valid so that I can submit correct documents. Please help me out in this matter a I am not seeing anyway out of this unending circle.

      Dear Sir/madam,

      I Shashank kumar, Bangalore I applied for pan card for re-issue on 25th Dec 2012 I made online payment through Net Banking Bill Desk service for acknowledgement number [protected], It got rejected due some mistake happened while filling the form. So, NSDL customer care told me to re-apply the same when I asked about the payment which I already made they told that I not need to make any payment again only I have to send the documents alongwith a covering letter mentioning the old avknowledgement number for adjusting the previous payment with new acknowledgement number I sent the same along with the required documents on 16th March 2013, which acknoedgememt m[protected] whe I checked on their site the status on 20th march 2013 it was mentioned that documents are not valid as payment was not recieved, than I called to TIN call center a lady executive spoken tp me and told me to send the mail with the transaction details of the previous acknowledgement mumber I sent the mail with the transaction details as said and same I informed over the phone, they told me that please wait for 3 to 4 days my application will get process, after than I checked on 29th March 2013 the status on tin-tinnsdl site but same status was there as last time. Than I again called to the TIN call center on 30th March 2013 and spoken to a executive named Priyank he told me after talking to his senior that the payment will get adjusted by12 hours and I can check the status by 31st March 2013. When I checked the status on 31st March 2013 it was showing no action they have taken...the status was remain same.
      I request you to please interven in this issue as NSDL is making me fool since long time..If a person will go through a broker by paying 300 to 400 rs that person get their Pancard within 15 days while I have spent more than 268 Rs on this particulars are down
      Speed post charges 2 times Rs 98
      Pan card fee Rs 100.49
      Calls to TIN call center 6 to 10 times Rs 70
      And most valuable time spent calling them and harrashment given by the NSDL and their TIN call center .
      Please help me in this issue and I want compensetion for the harrasment I faced.

      Hope you will help me to get my pan card and harrashment compensation.

        Hi All,

        This is to inform you that we are unable to get a proper feedback from NSDL Customer Care regarding our Pan Card Status. We have submitted the Pan Card Online on 13.02.2013. Submitted all documents through Courier to NSDL on 22.02.2013. Got info regarding that the provided Corresponndence address proof is missing. Then Courier the Correspondence Address to NSDL on 28th Feb through DTDC Couirer. As per DTDC website the same got delivered to NSDL on 01.03.2013.

        Now NSDL claims that they have not received the Physical copy of the same. Then we mailed the Xerox Copy of the same to NSDL on 11.03.2013. We received a confirmation mail on 13.03.2013 from NSDL that they received the copy. When we tried to call the NSDL, there is no internal communication due to which they told that we have not got the documents. On 18th March, they updated the status saying that NSDL has received the documents. Now it has been almost 10 days following and NSDL keeps saying that 3 days wait, we will get update from the concern department.

        I am not able to understand How much time does NSDL needs to process a single Pan Card. If this is the situation, we should not try avoid such services in future. We should rely on the agents who are just charging 200 bugs & giving us the Pan Card as home delivery. I think I have wasted my money and the time for the continuous follow-ups.

        Need a help so that some can act on this issue & get my Pan Card as soon as possible.

          My name is Gandhi Hardik R. This is the complain regarding my PAN card details mis-printed by NSDL. They makes some small mistakes while printing in their records so that customer gets helpless and they have to re-apply again for making that mistakes correct and that too by paying Rs. 96/- and filling a new form again and wait for that thing to be solved. I also checked the copy of my application, in that every information is clearly visible that what it is that alphabet or number, but still the typists in NSDL makes mistakes while entering the customer data in their records, they know that customer will have to apply again for making that changes done. And I also advice people to take xerox copy of your application before submitting it to NSDL/UTITSL people so that you can have a proof of your writing for further cases like this. I noticed it in almost all PAN card applicants in my contacts. Everybody got some or the other mistakes done by NSDL to get customers charged again for New filing of PAN application. Its wrong that our government only is doing such kind of Act and they expect from public to get good acts to be done to government. We pay tax for the government and our government-the so called Indian government backstabs in such ways.

              Hi,

              I have applied for deplicate pan card. ack number is : [protected]

              I received the message "there is discrepency in your application".

              What does this mean ? If there is any discrepency the at least deliver the pan card with same details that were previously there.
              I have paid money for new copy, so deliver it asap. Status still not updated on tin site.

              How much time it will take to deliver the pan card?

              What is the use of creating these sites and posting complaints ?

              wasting of time..no use...all government employees dont want to work as they are getting there salary without doing any work.

              If you ask them for work then they will ask for extra money as they are getting salry for just joining the govt. job.

              They were not prepared to do any work for that salary they are getting .

                      I have not received my pran id to my communicating address. Every month i get message to my mobile no.[protected] and mail to my e mail id- [protected]@gmail.com regarding the amount credited to my pran xx4189. I am not able to view my statement of transaction as I don't have the detail about log in id and password.
                      Kindly let me know how to go about this and get my pran id.

                      Myself K.R.Gaurkhede (TGT-Eng), is working in Kendriya Vidyalaya ARC, Doomdooma, Dist- Tinsukia ( Assam) . I have been working in Sangathan since 2008. Still now I didn't get my pran No. and kit. I have applied three to four times through proper channel from K.V.ARC, Doomdooma (Assam). Every time I am disappointed by the procedure. Its my sincere and humble request to look into the matter and give me suggestions regarding PRAN NO. as early as possible. My mobile no. [protected].

                                      I have a PAN card, however it got damaged, so I have applied online for the new one.

                                      After filling the form I was directed towards Citibank payment gateway website, there I choose the option to pay through my HDFC debit card, I made the payment also, however before taking the printout of acknowledgement the session got expired and I was unable to print it..
