my user i.d. is[protected] when i have received the I-PIN & T-PIN first time and i had tried to access the my PRAN account but from the starting my account is not opened. I have applied for new pan card but rejected for reason middle last name mismatch. Why there is no option to resubmit the application with the same acknowledgement number where I paid the application fees for first time. why should I reapply with fresh fee for correction....
