          Dear Sir / Madam,
          We running the trust since 10th July 2009 with the name Rashtra Mata Sanstha at Aurangabad with various charitable projects having registered no Mah-1384 and F-16648 with Registrar of Societies and Charity Commissioner Aurangabad respectively. the trust is newly born hence the expenses are being made by its president ans secretary from their own pocket for service to nation. accordingly the trust has applied online to nsdl to get PAN Card having ACKNOWLEDGMENT NUMBER: [protected] in the name of the Society trust on dated 21st May 2012. the status was shown that the document submitted are not valid for which fees was paid online. the nsdl has directed to fill new pan application. accordingly new pan application filed online on dated 4th June 2012 and paid the fees for second time of Rs. 100/- and postage charges. the second new pan application's ACKNOWLEDGMENT NUMBER: [protected]. today i tried to access the status of pan registration and find that it is still in process. it is a humble request that the staff of nsdl must minutely verify the documents because sometimes there may be confusion in the mind of trust that what registration no does nsdl requires for registration of pan. but usually the society has two registration nos. one allotted by society's registrar and other by charity commissioner. we have made a mention of registration of society registration no. on application as it is received little earlier than the registration no. issued by charity commissioner. we have submitted both the certificates issued by both authorities to association of persons alongwith trust deed, rules and regulations, ID and residential proof of all trustees alongwith that of Representative assessee. the society being consumer of nsdl services for issuance of PAN CARD. Hence the nsdl be rquested to provide an alternative to rectify the filed application online for pan on online itsel[censored]pto some time istead of directing to file new pan application unnecessarily. Because its a public money when repeatedly paid for one single thing.
          kindly look into matter and assist to get issued pan card in the name of Rashtra Mata Sanstha, Aurangabad at the earliest and Oblige.

              NSDL PAN Acknowledgement No. [protected]. It's been 3 months from today i have been trying to get my PAN Card updated by my second name from maiden name. I have provided all the relevant documents. But department is not taking care of it and i have been calling only at the customer care number endless times. No body bothered to get it changes either giving excuses of not valid documents. Some executives said all documents provided are valid and waiting for approval for tax department on the other hand some executives are saying your documents are not valid. Some says your second name is not on your marriage card. Only the excuses no results......hopeless services..... corrupted people.

              National Securities Depository limited — Not receiving the PAN card

              i have same complaint. i have applied for PAN card through the online procedure on 8 Apr 2008, and the necessary documents are couriered to the NSDL office lower parel. and the document received properly. but still after two months i didn't get the pan card and PAN card status is still showing that the "application is under process at NSDL". i think it should not take more than one month after applying for PAN. then why such a delay in the process.
              please kindly look into matter and arrenge to send the PAN card. my application number is [protected].

              National Securities Depository Limited/PAN CARD — Non receiving of PAN Card

              I had filed the PAN Application with the acknowledgement number [protected] on 09/06/2007 and the authorised PAN service unit NSDL had been alloted my PAN vide no. AQVPM0148E. But instead of repeated reminders I have not receive any PAN Card. This is very urgent for my original PAN Card.Please arrange to get my PAN Card immediately.

                              after long time i tried to login for pran.. but i forgot my Ipin n password too.it is showing as account is locled..i hav tried calling to mumbai and mailed abot the problem..but no response from these people at all

                              Please issue a fresh I-PIN on receiving a request from the mobile No. of the subscriber. It is the simplest way. Your present system of issuing a fresh I-Pin is very problematic especially for Govt.Employees like me.

                                NSDL CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE BIG LIERS, THEY GIVE WRONG INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMERS & THEY TAKE 2 MONTHS TO MAKE THE PAN CARD WHICH IS DISGUSTING & TOO MUCH OF TIME WAIST EVEN THEY DROP THE CUSTOMER CALLS. PLS TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM IF THEY ARE UNCAPABLE TO MAKE THE PAN CARD ONTIME PLS ASSIGN THIS JOB TO SOMEONE RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITIES INSTEAD OF IRRESPONSIBLE NSDL. THEIR CUST CARE EXE ARE SO RUDE & USE ABUSIVE LANGUAGE TOO.

                                All the executives including the seniors are bloody they don't give the full information just look to them they use to do arguments with the customer they don't know how to attend the customer they don't have any manners the mistake is done by ur team n blaming to the customers i want the reply on my cell number at [protected] or [protected] other wise i will do the complaint in all over the India i will send this news to the press just want the reply and want my pan card as soon as possible + i want the amount return which i spend on the fax which is Rs.70 and today itself i am posting u the documents in evening it will reach to u by Friday or it may can reach u earlier also i dont care i want the pan card in a week after reaching docx to u otherwise i will take this news to the press and u all have to give the answers

                                Service of NSDL is really really below expectation level. NSDL is sending discrepancies one by one & every time they do not refund fees but keep on sending discrepancies though my Aadhar card & election card as well as matriculation certies are sent. I am really fed up with NSDL now. There should be online provision to edit PAN application online and refund of fees as well in case, there are still some discrepancies remains.
