My PAN No.:BGIPR8853D printed date of birth not match with my actual date of birth which is submitted with form,pan card was received on 9th March 2012. form submition receipt and PAN card scan copy was alredy send on your email:[protected]@nsdl.co.in on 13th March from my email :[protected]@yahoo.co.in.
my actual DOB:16/12/1984 which is submitted with form

the system proivded for log in is not in secured manner for employees. because any body can know my PRAN no and can enter 5 time wrong passward so that my account will get locked by some body. this is only provided to ensure the employees to check the contributed amount was entered and its nav at the time of contribution. we can not withdraw the amount.so, it is the foolesh methode to block or lock the account for 5 wrong entries.
so, kindly think over it to remove this kind of conditons.

I'm a foreigner and working in Samsung India Electronics Ltd while residing in Delhi. I have applied for the PAN card on October. I have submitted all the relevant documents with the help of my company legal officer. After that they have request the same document from me again and again for around 3 times. Even though I have sent the documents again and again. But still my PAN card is received to me.

I applied for a PAN with acknowledgement number [protected]. The status as per TIN.nsdl site says - Your PAN card has been dispatched on 04-Oct-2008 by post at the address for communication indicated by you in the application.

But I am yet to receive this card as of today and my correspondence to the the communication email id provided by tin.nsdl hasnt yielded a response which would help me track this post. Please do send my card if not sent or help me in tracking the send post.

The PAN card having bill No. [protected] has been despatched on dated 08.10.2008 by the NSDL and the same is still not delivered by the local office . The local office which is situated at Jaisalmer ( Rajasthan) ( India) is also not giving satisfactory reply. The delivery men is not going to supply the courier.

I applied for a PAN with acknowledgement number [protected]. The status as per TIN.nsdl site says - Your PAN card has been dispatched on 27-feb-2009 by post at the address for communication indicated by you in the application

But I am yet to receive this card as of today and my correspondence to the the communication email id provided by tin.nsdl hasnt yielded a response which would help me track this post. Please do send my card if not sent or help me in tracking the send post.

we have applied for change of name in TAN data electronically vide acknowledgement # [protected] and the relevant documents sent by courier on 27/03/2009.

but till date we have not received the same.

when we go through internet searching a message retrieve "your application for 'changes or correction in TAN data for TAN allotted is under process at NSDL while it takes time not more than 15 -20 days normally.

Hi, We have applied for a pan card in the name of TOM UNCLE FOOD AND BEVERAGES PRIVATE LIMITED situated at Patna, Bihar with ack.no. [protected] at dated 07/01/2015. We did not our pan card as well as pan as yet. When today I checked the status of our pan card then I got the massage form your site that"
Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application."

I would like to make it clear that we did not apply any pan card before this time or did not receive any pan no in the name of TOM UNCLE FOOD AND BEVERAGES PRIVATE LIMITED. I should be urgently mentioned here that this is new firm . Kindly do the needful as early as possible because we need in urgently. We are facing lots of problems in our business dealings as well, as we don't have our pan card. I do hope that you will do the needful.

Even after repeaterd prompting & followups with the utsil (Mumbai lower parel), i have not received my pan card yet.

The pan enquiry on the utsil site shows that " your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data' is under process at income tax department" from last 2 years.

I had applied for the PAN card 3 years ago, they allocated the PAN number AEAPV1590A to me, due to some problem in the address I couldn't receive my PAN card till date.

I Re-submitted the application by filling the online application 15 days back and they are asking me to submit the proof of my Job with the present company from the gazetted officer. I don't know whom to contact for this, Please guide me.

I had applied for my PAN card online, on 9th October 2008, making payment through Credit Card. I speed posted the required documents (identity and address proofs) on 13th October 2008. Ever since the documents were received at NSDL, my application status said "it is under process".

After repeated emailing to NSDL, I recieved a reply stating that the document proof I have provided has my name as Sridevi K S and not as Sridevi Koonath Surendran, hence it will not be processed unless they recieve ID and address proof with the initials expanded, as PAN CARD needs to have the expanded full name. Now the status says that I have not provided the correct documents.

Now all my life I have lived with the name Sridevi K S, all my school, college and office documents, my driving license and voter id card has the same name. As far as I know, even for passport applications, they do not have such impossible measures when it comes to expanding the initials. Hence I am at a loss as to how to provide them with the necessary document proofs.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest, as I have been under employment since the last 6 months and the lack of a PAN card can lead to complications.

When I am asking to help center they are giving me reply that now You have to write one copy from A1 class officer.and in that copy they will have to write that "I know you...and accourding to income tax department all your records are good...etc..." now please say who will write this type of statement.and who has a time to write this statement.
Why foolish people are not getting this...They very well know that now a days everybody requre pan card that's why they are sufferring people.Even I have all the legal poof of my surname chagne like Pasport, Licence, BankStatement, VoterID this all have with my new surname
Still that foolish people are not accepting this ...

This has reference to grievance raised by you on consumer compliant forum regarding procedure to re-issue I-PIN/T-PIN.
In this regard, you have an option to re-issue I-Pin/T-PIN. To reissue the password (IPIN), you need to submit the Subscriber details Change Request Form (S2 Form) with written request to your respective PAO (Pay and Account Office) through DDO (Drawing and Disbursing Officer). You need to fill up ‘Section C’ of S2 form for reissue of IPIN and TPIN. After receiving your S2 form, PAO will capture & authorize the request for re-issue of IPIN/TPIN in CRA system. After receiving online request, CRA will reissue the password and your IPIN/TPIN envelope will be sent to your communication address registered in our system.
You can down load the ‘S2 Form’ (Subscriber Details Change Request Form) from our website www.npscra.nsdl.co.in.

In this regard we would like to inform you that, after receiving your S2 form, your DTO will capture & authorize the request for re-issue of I-PIN/T-PIN in CRA system by logging into NPSCAN website (www.npscan-cra.com) using the I-PIN provided by CRA to PAO at the time of registration, CRA will then send the new I-PIN to your registered correspondence address. You are requested to contact your DTO (District Treasury Office) & confirm whether your DTO has process your request for reissue of I-PIN. If DTO has process your request, kindly provide us 10 digit Acknowledgement number (Generated by CRA system after processing request in NPSCAN) to provide you the status of your request.
Further, incase your DTO has not processed your request we request you to kindly fill up a fresh S2 form and submit the same.

I fail to understand why my query has not been replied till date.

Is it because I had made an unpleasant observation that the query made to me to provide the same information under different heading from Sl 1 to 8 as a sequel to my query dated 19/12/2011 was unjustified because all facts stood already given ?

When I check my NPS LEDGER on WWW.CRA NSDL.COM. I could not found any such Ledger as before.
I have not received my pin or card so far. sir I want to know
1-how can I get pin or card of NPS
2-How I run my NPS
3-Is it possible to close it and get my money back
4-Have any customer care no. for any correspondent
