I haven't received the PRAN kit, or the T-PIN/I-PIN for the PRAN[protected] till date despite the CRA websire claiming that the same has been dispatched on September 22, 2011. I haven't received any response to the five mails I have sent to the agency ('info.[protected]@nsdl.co.in'). The call center executives claim they are unable to help....

Today(15th Sept 2011) at around 3:30PM I've talked with a member of NSDL TIN Info team over phone[protected] regarding my PAN card status. He didn't provide me the correct info of Speed Post delivery number(after PAN card dispatch of 5 days).

He asked me-"are you tamang?, where is Darjeeling, is it in India or Nepal?"..Without provide actual info which I need, he asked me such useless questions...
