BUT MY PAN CARD IS NOT DELIVERED YET.I AM APPLIED AT 09-12-08

I applied for Pan Card 7-8 months ago,,,,till now didn't recieve my Pan Card. Sir I applied for Pan card in January 15. In this respect the NSDL sent a message on my mobile phone with pan no. after 5 days and advise me to check the status in internet . Thereafter I will check the status in internet and I found that my pancard was dispatched on 30th january 2012 and my bill no. is [protected] and my address is very simple but still I'm waiting for the pancard. Sir kindly I request you to enquire in this matter and take proper action for delay. In this respect I'will be ever grateful to you.

Dear Subscriber,

This has reference to grievance raised by you on CRA-NSDL Complaints forum requesting for PRAN card & I-pin/T-pin for PRAN.[protected].

In this regard, we wish to inform you that PRAN has been allotted to you on the basis of soft copy data (legacy data) provided by your District Treasury Office (DTO).
However, for issuance of PRAN card and I-PIN/T-PIN, you need to submit
the application for allotment of PRAN (Annexure S1) your DDO. The DDO will forward the same to DTO who will forward it to CRA.
In case, if you have already submitted the application, you are requested to provide us 17 digit acknowledgement number (provided by CRA to DTO after submitting the form) to track the status of your PRAN application.

For any queries pertaining to NPS, you can email us on info.[protected]@nsdl.co.in or you may contact us on our toll free number[protected]with the help of T-pin)/[protected].

Dear Subscriber,
This has reference to grievance raised by you on CRA-NSDL Complaints forum requesting for new I-pin/T-pin for PRAN.[protected].
In this regard, we wish to inform that you can reset the same by using 'Forgot password' link. After clicking the 'Forgot password' link you need to answer the secret question which you had set at the time of first log-in. The system will prompt you to reset the password (I-PIN) by entering the new password and confirming the password by re-entering the same. However, if you are unable to change the password with this option you need to request for re-issue of password.
To reissue the password (IPIN), you need to submit the Subscriber details Change Request Form (S2 Form) with written request to your respective DTO (District Treasury Office) through DDO (Drawing and Disbursing Officer). You need to fill up ‘Section C’ of S2 form for reissue of IPIN and TPIN. Please mention your active Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) in the form which is your user ID.
After receiving your S2 form, DTO will capture the request for re-issue of IPIN in CRA system by logging into NPSCAN website (www.npscan-cra.com) using the I-Pin provided by CRA to DTO at the time of registration. After receiving online request, CRA will reissue the password and your IPIN envelope will be sent to your communication address mentioned in PRAN application form by you at the time of registration for NPS. DTO has to retain the change request forms and shall not forward the forms to CRA. You can down load the ‘S2 Form’ (Subscriber Details Change request form) from our website www.npscra.nsdl.co.in.

This is with reference to change of address in my Demat / Trading Account – Being harassed by HDFC – Demat Service - Koramangala Branch – Bangalore (since more than three months).

Firstly, I want to tell that I am holding my account in HDFC Bank since more than seven years (Delhi and Bangalore) and never expect that they will harass me only for changing of address in my Demat which I am maintaining at Kormangala – Bangalore.

Here is brief story how this Branch has harassed, wasted time and money only for Change of address in my Demat Account.

Firstly, they have told me to for having change of address you can prepare rent agreement on stamp paper. Accordingly, I have done that.

When I have gone with rental agreement at bank, they told that we will not accept rent agreement you must have electric to telephone bill.

Accordingly, I have taken new mobile connection (Though it was not necessary as company is providing to me but I have taken only for above requirement) at my new address.

When, I go with Mobile bill new address and rental agreement, they told we will not accept these proofs. You have to submit any govt. letter comes at your new address.

I have filed my Income Tax Retun by post. They have sent acknowledgement at my new address.

I have gone to bank and shown the proof of new proof of address as an acknowledgement received from Income Tax.

Then they have denied that we will not accept this address proof. You have to take landline telephone connection.

If I argue that why you are harassing me they argue with me and “says it’s NSDL rule”

I ask whether NSDL says that you harass to customers as above by unnecessary wasting of time and money as it happen in above case.

I Anamika Jain had given pan application of Ack No. [protected] my mobile no [protected] regarding the correction of my fathers name which is printed wrongly, in this context i gave my passport as proof. the rectification department is still asking for class 1 letter from guested officer which i dont accept passport issued by Government of India is more than sufficient in this matter more than this how a guested officer will confirm you regarding my fathers name. It has been already completed 4 months still the matter is pending on your side.

I have applied for PAN card in NSDL vide acknowledgement no. [protected] on 27/04/2005. For acknowledgement they (Karvy) issued me a receipt No. 8427 on the same date for Rs. 66.12.

I am filling my returns and have received amount from the department on account of my PAN number then alloted on their web site. My PAN is AJEPB4406E.

I have not received my PAN card till date.

Can anyone help me in this regard as how to obtain my card?

Dear Sir,

Your PAN card was dispatched on May 7, 2005 through First Flight Couriers Limited (AWB - VB1606801). As the courier was not able to deliver your PAN card doe to insufficiet address, the same was dispatched through Post.

As you did not receive the PAN card, we request you to confirm your address to [protected]@nsdl.co.in.

i submitted my pan card application ONLINE. As I am an NRI, I enclosed copies of Pan Card, Pan card allottment letter, Electricity Bill as proof of addresss of my representative assessee. for numerous times i get a msg in my e mail that " Proof of address of Representative Assessee is not as per the application or middle name is missing and all nonsensical reasons. Payment instrument submitted along with the application was promptly sent for collection and debited to my account. This all happened two years back. For more than 7 times I submitted copies of applications with required details through e mail. but all the times i got above response denying processing of the PAN card. Can somebody guide me how should I tackle this situation. Thanks: JDS

it is really heartening to see such a negligence prevailing at this level. departmental workers are totally indifferent to the original Objective of issuing this card. i feel that outgoing payment in salaries to these employees should be based on actual performance and not their status or position within the organization. these people are a liability and burden to nation. wasting precious tax paid by our countrymen.

I applied for pancard on 1-7-2010 with acknoledgement no-[protected]. When i dint recieved card, i went to their site and found that card was dispatched on[protected] by speedpost but i dint recieved any card. When again i visited their site dispatched no was given-EM[protected]IN. I went to local post office and speed post centre and found that no given by nsdl has not been recieved. Then i mailed nsdl about it. I checked it on indian postal site but found no given by nsdl does not exist at all. Today i got mail from nsdl through mss Anita CRM that i should check it on net. But result was same. Today i was informed by Indian speedpost by mail that no speedpost has been done and dispatched no is invalid kindly look into the matter and action should be taken against who has harresed me. Please get my pancard immedately

I find it odd that they require a diffferent size photo than regular passport size ones. I have inquired in many places in London where I live but no-one seems to do this strange size of 3.5cm x2.5cm. Plus for attestation three different authorities are involved who each charge ten pounds per page and documents have to be posted by secure post which is also costly. Also NSDL want DD and does not accept cheques. When I twice e-mailed to ask which Assessing Officer and Area Code would be applicable to an NRI they replied that I should refer to their website which is as clear as mud to begin with. I think they are hell bent on making things as difficult as possible and harrass public. Usual Indian mentality!!

I am one of the person who cheated by scams(like 419, lottery scams).
The important thing what i have to tell is, I have given my Pan Card details to these frauds and now i am tensed, thinking that information is given to criminals.
Now i dont want to continue with the same details and same PAN number.
