With reference to the above-cited matter, I would like to bring the following few lines for your kind notice and immediate action.
I have applied for change pan card, just to get coloured one dated on[protected]. Accordingly I have made online payment and send relevant documents to NSDL on same day. In the mean time, since 8/11/2010 onwards your department goes on sending email messages stating that these documents are not valid and send other relevant documents. After sending few documents also I was going on receiving the same messages from your department. Really I was fed up with NSDL approach and contacted one NSDL staff Mr. Srikanth Joshi, to ask what is going on in your department. He told me that please arrange to send any Gazetted officer letter as Identity proof and Employer letter as address proof. Accordingly I have sent two letters as identity proof, one is signed by Gazetted officer Deputy Superintendent of Police Shahabad, anther one is signed by Associate Professor Government Degree college Gulbarga. One more letter from my employer as address proof. Now all these three original letters are with your department. In spite of all these exercise, again your department has sent a message stating that discrepancies noticed in my Name and Fathers name, so send supportive documents. I want to ask your department, what, Gazetted officer letters are not supportive document and further what more letters you people are needed? Prime Minister Letter or President of India Letter. The way your department is giving service to public shows that, to what extent your department is third-rated.
The following documents are with your department; still your department is not ready to send change pan card. Shame on your part.

At last, due to fed up with your department approach, now I am sending Return Slip of your department to arrange my pan card as per IT database only.

Dear Sir,
Till now I have not received My PAN card which has been dispatched by your office on 25-Feb-2011 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. ZB9736330, at the address for communication* indicated by me in the application.
When I inquired from the First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd office at Tezpur and Guwahati,I was told that my courier was sent back to the sender as Balipara is non service station in there list.Its my humble request please do the needful and send my pan card as soon as possible by post or speed post.
