NSDL (The Worst Company I Ever Seen) — PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS

I dont know wheather this complaint will be taken into consideration or not. Still i would like to mention that NSDL is the worst company i ever seen. I have applied for PAN Card approx 5 months ago. after few days i got email that ur proof of identity not received. So immediately i sent the proof of identity by FAX . I also got the confirmation that my FAX has been received. Now it is more than 3 months i have not received PAN or even info regarding the PAN card. literaly i wasted more than thousand ruppes on Phone calls for waiting for the customer care but till now i never got discussion with customer care. i think this is the worst case that if someone wants to pay I tax and ur PAN is not there before MARCH. EVEN applied for that 7 months ago. One reply i got from tininfo email was pathetic. I got reply after 25 days after i sent the email. this is worst company it is making harrasment of people.

NSDL, Mumbai — NON ISSUANCE OF PAN CARD

I applied for a changed PAN CARD through NSDL and paid the requisite fees. The completed application form along with relevant documents were sent to NSDL, Mumbai on 8.5.08 vide Professional Courier POD No.[protected] dated 8.4.08 and the same has been received by NSDL on 9.4.08. I have the courier ack with me. I also sent a mail to NSDL on this matter and there is no response. When I phone NSDL only recorded voice keeps on repeated that all concerned persons are busy and a recorded voice states how to find the status of PAN CARD. I am a senior cirizen of over 67 age and I am unable to go there and find personally. The ref.no. given by NSDL after receiving the payment is [protected]. Their website gives the status as being prepated. How long it will take? My wif'e's PAN CARD was received within 10 days. It is over 2 months ihave not received my changed PAN CARD. I applied for PAN card on 27 June in Ghaziabad UTI TSL. And they told me within five days my Pan number will be generate on NET and within 10 days it will be dispatch on my address but till now i am not able to see my PAN card generate number. On site it is demanding 15 digit Acknowledgement number and i donot have my acknowledgement number .I have my fees coupen number and application number with me. How can i check the status of my form.

3. By NSDL Email dated 19.12.08 NSDL informed me that the payment not received us please confirm Date of Payment on which said DD was debited.

In reply to above I Email NSDL on 24.12.08 in which I had informed NSDL that the payment was debited on 22.12.2008.

But til date I did not heard any thing in this regard. Nor I received PAN Card neither any reply of my previous three Emails.

Sir, 6th month before i.e. 10.10.2010 I had applied the Pan Card of my Grndap's which have not received to us.Actually it has returned from the communication address then I have given 3-4 letters to Pune NSDL even I call to NSDL Pune number but the phone is always on hold. The Status Shows Reprint of Pan dispatched to the communication address but still I have not received the Pan. However, they show card has been dispatched 23rd march but I have not received my new PAN card yet. I have also contact blue dart Express Ltd. but they told me it was returned. I dont know why.so I request you Please it send me again in same address given below.

Dear sir,
As per PAN application status pan card has been delivered on 20-jul-2012 by first flight courier service but due to some reasons they could not find right address of mine so they sent back pan card to main office Mumbai, but still i haven’t received my pan card back, so please do needful in this matter.
