I have not received PAN card hard copy yet. According to NSDL website, it was dispatched on 22 Oct 2021. When I checked the tracking link on Trackon Couriers website, it first showed me that the consignment had reached the nearest hub, and it was stuck on that status for over a week. A few days later, the tracking link suddenly showed "RTO Due to Address Not Found", but I didn't even receive any call or contact from the courier service at all. I have received multiple government documents on this address before, so it was surprising to me when this happened.
Reaching out to Trackon customer support was difficult as their helpline is not well maintained. When I finally managed to connect with them, they filed a complaint and told me to wait but, in the end, it didn't resolve my problem at all.
Please help me and let me know when I will receive the PAN card.
