Dear Sir/Mam
I had speed posted all my documents for new PAN card on November 26th 2021 from RK Puram, New Delhi. While tracking my consignment I found out that it had already been delivered to the NDSL office in Kamala Mills, Mumbai on November 30, 2021. But while tracking my acknowledgement number they say that they have not received it yet. I am having a lot of problems because of this. Please help me !

    Hi!
    I have received update in the NSDL site that the PAN Card is delivered through Trackon couriers and the AWB number is shared. However, that is not visible in the Trackon Courier tracking could you please help.

      Its been one week that I got message from nsdl that my pan has dispatched with awb[protected] by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. This is the 8th day and I tried to track it but the website still showed that it's an invalid AWB no. Why this website os so irresponsible. I have my reasons and I need my pan card urgently. Please consider this and deliver my item as soon as possible. I request you to to please change the courier service to deliver my pan in time.

      Issue has been resolved. NSDL has changed the courier service to indiapost. If you have the same problem then tweet NSDL on Twitter or mail them through [email protected], [email protected]. NSDL will resolve your queries soon enough. And don't try to mail or call the Trackon services because they don't care about your concern and neither they rply on anything. Thats the worst courier company I have seen. And I will update when my pan is delivered.

            But while login getting PRAN not found in database error.

              I have filled an application for name change in PAN to update my marital status on 29th October. The Acknowledgement number is N-[protected].
              On 18th November I received a SMS from NSDLTN stating data correction is updated and card is sent by VELEX AWB [protected].
              On 19th November the COURIER website tracking shows it has reached Nehrunagar. The Velex toll free number Mumbai does not pick up calls and the number of branch mentioned on Google of Ellisbridge, Navrangpura, Vadaj, Satellite, etc. are invalid or wrong number or switch off. I have mailed the courier company [protected]@kerryindevexpress.com as well but there is no response. Kindly help me get my PAN card.

                It's about more than 3 months but I didn't receive a pan card or even any of information regarding this. Even after doing complaint many times no one is going to resolve it I even tried to call customer service . When I get my pan card ? Can anyone answer ?

                  I have made a correction requested on 25th November 2021, Money was deducted from my account but Transaction failed. I want to know when will I get back my deducted money. When I ask the customer service representative about the money that has been oninked, they pass the time and say that it will come. And this cycle is going on for the last 3 days.                     I have registered my nps account with NSDL-CRA for tier 1 type. I have received pran no. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as PRAN not found in database. with provided pran no. in nsdl nps site.

                    I am not able to access with provided PRAN No. I have registered my nps account on 26/11/2021.

                            I have been alotted the PAN number: FMWPR1962P but i have not received my physical pan card yet. while checking the PAN application status it displays that my PAN card has been dispatched on 30-Oct-2021 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd vide airway bill number: {protected} and it will be delivered in due time, but more than 20 days above now, till my pan card has not been delivered.

                              I applied for E-PAN and Physical pan card on[protected] and income tax department allotted me pan number on same date and received my epan on same day. But didn't received it yet and It was to be delivered by Trackon Couriers and AWB is not trackable.

                                      I have not received PAN card hard copy yet. According to NSDL website, it was dispatched on 22 Oct 2021. When I checked the tracking link on Trackon Couriers website, it first showed me that the consignment had reached the nearest hub, and it was stuck on that status for over a week. A few days later, the tracking link suddenly showed "RTO Due to Address Not Found", but I didn't even receive any call or contact from the courier service at all. I have received multiple government documents on this address before, so it was surprising to me when this happened.

                                      Reaching out to Trackon customer support was difficult as their helpline is not well maintained. When I finally managed to connect with them, they filed a complaint and told me to wait but, in the end, it didn't resolve my problem at all.

                                      Please help me and let me know when I will receive the PAN card.
