My name is Srikanth. I recently shifted my residence from Tamilnadu to Kerala.

I received a new Aadhar with the current address (Kerala). So using this, I tried to update my PAN card address through the NSDL website.
At the First time the application e-validation failed, due to
"e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed and the amount (106.90rs) has been debited.
Transaction ID is:[protected]/[protected]
Hence, I tried the 2nd time by selecting the option 'scanned images through e-Sign".
At this time, I filled all the fields and uploaded supporting documents (Aadhar, Bank passbook) and completed the payment (106.90rs). In the last section while authenticating the PAN using the OTP, I'm not received the OTP so the session has got expired.
Transaction ID is:[protected]/[protected]
So both times my money has been debited, I lost 213.80 rupees totally.
If i try to continue not able to do, the website leads to the first page again.
I request you to investigate further and refund the amount 106.90 for the first transaction.
and validate the attached documents and update my PAN address based on Aadhar.

The above details are mentioned in the previous mail as well. Then why you are asking a second time?
Please take action immediately almost waiting for more than 3 weeks.
