Hi Sir/madam,

ACK number and courier number screenshot is attached.

I have applied for reprint of PAN card on 9th September 2021 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number and also the courier ack no. When I checked status of my courier using the courier site It reached to the destination on 15th September but It has been 10 days I didn't get my PAN.

Also when I am trying to track the Status of my application on NSDL site, it says shown "sorry, no record found."

it will be really helpful if you take a look and tell corner guy to deliver my PAN.

    OTP problem when apply for pan card through ekyc

    I didnt get the otp when at ekyc process when applying for pan card after many try it shows the message
    Your e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e-Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.

    My mobile number is linked with the aadhar

    I received an sms on my mobile [date : 16/09/2021] nsdl team replied "Your pan card has been dispatched on by trackon couriers pvt. ltd courier vides airway bill no.[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card will be delivered in due time." as per the status shown on the site.

    When I checked shipment status air way bill number on the website: https://trackon.in/Tracking/t1/Single Tracking

    "Its error! request failed due to reason, not a trackon awb no. / invalid reference no/. old shipment. (pan nsdl status print attached)."

    plz resolved this issue quickly as possible thank you very much.

      I had paid 106.9 rupees while applying for the pan card. The same amount was deducted from my bank account. But, it showed up on the nsdl website that the payement was cancelled and asked me to pay again. But I did not get any refund. Kindly look into it

        link has an issue.

        I am an NRI and wanted to make changes to my name which is printed on my PAN Card. On that note, I was trying to fill my Oman mobile number but your site does not accept less than 10 digits.

        I would therefore suggest that your personnel make necessary changes to accept international numbers in your form.

            Have filled an application for pan card through nsdl portal. After submission, i was not able to proceed further. Thereafter, i am getting "Your Request cannot be Processed.Please try after some time" message every time I login.

              I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my sister. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 using net banking. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 06/09/2021 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." I have not got any refund.where is the amount of my Pan Application? This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change.

                      I have used NSDL website to update pan card for my sister. Temporary Token is [protected]. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 using my Phone pe. My balance was deducted from the bank on 04/09/2021 but updation was not completed as it shows me a message "Your request has failed . Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." . It is 19/09/2021 and still haven't received any refund.I need all my money as soon as possible. It's really tiresome that updation of a Pan card is full of hassles. I would be happy if my money gets refunded.

                                My name is Srikanth. I recently shifted my residence from Tamilnadu to Kerala.
                                PAN Application - token. No. [protected]
                                DOB - 19/03/1990
                                Mail Address - [protected]@gmail.com

                                I received a new Aadhar with the current address (Kerala). So using this, I tried to update my PAN card address through the NSDL website.

                                At the First time the application e-validation failed, due to
                                "e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed and the amount (106.90rs) has been debited.
                                Transaction ID is:[protected]/[protected]

                                Hence, I tried the 2nd time by selecting the option 'scanned images through e-Sign".
                                At this time, I filled all the fields and uploaded supporting documents (Aadhar, Bank passbook) and completed the payment (106.90rs). In the last section while authenticating the PAN using the OTP, I'm not received the OTP so the session has got expired.
                                Transaction ID is:[protected]/[protected]

                                So both times my money has been debited, I lost 213.80 rupees totally.

                                If i try to continue not able to do, the website leads to the first page again.

                                I request you to investigate further and refund the amount 106.90 for the first transaction.

                                and validate the attached documents and update my PAN address based on Aadhar.

                                    I was trying to register for PRAN but during the transaction, the process got stuck. Now while trying to log in for completion of the process the following error appears and am unable to log in.

                                    "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of the payment process for registration in NPS #"

                                      I have applied for a new PAN Card and i have not received my PAN yet. But in "https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan2/servlet/PanStatusTrack" portal it is showing PAN card as delivered. "Your PAN card has been delivered on 05-Sep-2021 by VELEX LOGISTICS PVT LTD courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application."
                                      When i checked track your order in VELEX Logistics it is showing delivered at some other address. Not sure why my PAN card got delivered to wrong address. Please find attached images which has PAN delivery tracking, PAN card application address & PAN Application Status.
