Dear Sir,

I have been trying to apply for pan application, but with no avail. Every time I try to e-sign the form 49 A online via aadhaar, a message pops up stating "Your request cannot be processed. Please try after sometime."

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. Here is the registered token no.: [protected].

    I have created the nps account and pran is also generated. But while setting ipin/password first time, i am getting error as pran not found in the database. Please help. Thanks.

      I applied for pan card today on 09/08/2020. And submitted my application and then did payment of rs.107 /- through paytm. But at the time of adhaar ekyc authentication it failed and is showing the message that, we unable to proceed due to mismatch some details of pan application with uidai database and you application fee will be refunded within seven working days.
      I have further attached the screenshot of the above. So how and where will i get my money back. And should i apply again for pan application.

      Thanks for resolving my refund issue, got my payment of Rs.107 back the next day through Paytm.

      It's been 7 days now still no refund received, not even any reply to the complaint.☹️😢

          My name is sunil khandelwal registered with esi vashi navi mumbai my registration no is [protected]. My father approached to esi vashi on 7.8.20 to visit surgeon. But no doctor is available. They had refered to tie up hospital suyush at seawood where no surgeon be is available. The available compounder/ rmo checked and told no surgeon is available. But this will be billed to esi without providing. My father has been harrashed and no treatment given

            I've paid the fee of new pan card online 2 times at first i did the transaction through paytm and second time i've done it through bill desk both of the transaction were failed and highlighting that money was deducted from my account 106.90 rupees twice which costs me 213, this is the condition of our government websites which encourage the people to use another website for govt services.               Recently i tried to update my pan and paid 107 rs i got the message that money is deducted from account but on the nsdl website it says make a fresh payment your money will be refunded till now my money is not refunded back

                Sir,
                I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and after the payment, the screen is displaying the e-sign is madatory and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. I am not able to proceed further. Kindly redress the issue at the earliest so that pan card may be issued.

                    I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
                    The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

                        Sir/madam,

                        I have applied for new pan card on 5th august 2020 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number [protected]. On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                          I have filed a application and submitted the documents also payment has processed and deducted from my bank, but whenever i am entering the e sign adhar verificaiton, it is saying your request cannot be processed. Please try after sometime

                          I have been trying to this for last 3 days, thought there will be server issue in it but noting got verified even after 3 days.

                                I have applied for online pan card application and had completed paying through online. My pan application token no is [protected].

                                I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp two times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is coming

                                Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no. [protected]

                                Please help to resolve this issue immediately. As i have already made the payment to nsdl.

                                      Team,
                                      Have done a transaction worth 8000₹ Towards NPS Contribution subscription through enps site and it was further proceeded by sbi epay through net banking. Transaction was successful and amount deducted in my account. But unfortunately enps said your transaction failed due to session time exceeded and asked to make repayment. Hence, i request you to resolve my problem

                                        Hello,
                                        This is to notify you that i have been unable to verify my aadhaar number. I get the message, "your request cannot be processed. Please try again later.". I have been trying for 3 days.in spite of typing the correct aadhaar number and otp, it gives the same message.

                                        Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
