I filled out the pan card change form on the website. I completed the application and paid the fee as required through net banking. The money was transferred from my bank account, inspite of this no acknowledge number was generated. When i tried to log in again, it is asking me to pay the fee. This is the third time and the email address provide to me when i registered for application does not respond even after several reminders.
