nsdl online transaction missed/failed

I have made payment of Rs.106.9 to NSDL eGov to make some changes in my PAN under order 101005172926823012020040211579720221000 on 23 January 2020 but during the payment, I have received a "payment failed message", but the amount was deducted and I have not received any refund yet.

I have registered my complaint in Paytm help centre and they have responded that payment was successful (Note: Kindly check attachment).

pran no. not accessible on nsdl database

I am customer of nps from 29.09.2014. I opened this nps account with aggregator - margdarshak financial services limited in 2014. After that i received my pran card by post. I invested rs. 1000/- in 2014 in the said account, & after that i forgot to invest the money on yearly basis. Now i want to reactivate & invest money for tax rebate in the said scheme under 80d. So i called my aggregator for the investment but i was unable to trace. So...

refund of pan card not received within 7 days

I create a new pan card of my friend using nsdl website. Temporary token is generated. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.90 using my upi id. My bank reference id :[protected]. My balance was deducted from the bank on 17/03/2020 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status...

pran no. not found in database, not account statement received

I have a nps account started on[protected], when i tried to found my pran details on nsdl official website it is showing pran no. Not found in database, although i have received only 1 annual statement on 2011, after that i have not received any account statement nor i'm able to find my pran details on website.

refund of amount

Dear sir,
I was applied for new pan card in the name of m/s. Uma bhushan on 12 march'20. I transfer payment 0f rs.106.90 to[protected] inb avenues india private limited[protected]igaihjiou2, amount was deducted from account but unfortunately it was not further processed to nsdl.

As pan card was required urgently therefore i processed payment through another method and i was expecting that the amount deducted...

online pan card application error

I have applied for pan card through online. I paid the payment. At last, it asked for adhar verification and i successfully verified it through otp. But after verifying, a message appeared as "your request cannot be processed. Please try after sometimes". I have tried it continuously 3 days, still the same problem exist. Please do provide solution for this.

not able to verify aadhar card in pan card

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process which is second option. From drop down i selected c-dac.
The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. I am not able to proceed further.

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhaar verification process.
The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhaar verification process.
Even the virtual e-sign is generated. But after entering the otp a message of

'your request cannot be processed. Please try after sometime'

Please refund my money, which was already paid.

nsdl - pan card fee not refunded

I applied for the pan card on 16/03/2019 and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
Now its been over 10 days but neither...

I applied for pan card address change and reprint through nsdl website. Money has been paid through my netbanking rs 106.90. E-kyc is done and in final step message is received that your request cannot be processed please try after some time. I tried twice but same error message. Please solve my problem or refund my rs 106.90.br...

enps national pension system enps payment fails at gateway unable to complete registration

Urgent!!! My acknowledgement number is 11118070 and the acknowledgement date is 26/03/2020. When i try to complete pending registration, i get the message "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime." i am getting this message for the last 10 hours.
I have to complete registration before 31st march 2020 and make payment.
Please help me with this...

nsdl not processing my pan card request

I was applying for Pan Card and I choose the first option "i.e. Fill Through E-Kyc'' I filled my Application Perfectly and Paid Money After That I Authenticated My Aadhaar Through OTP But At Last When E-Sign Through VID/AADHAAR Ask Me To Authenticate I Tried to do and Filled The OTP Many Times but Evertime it says
"YOUR REQUEST CANNOT BE PROCESSED. PLEASE TRY AFTER SOMETIME"

esign/ekyc pan application status shows no record found

Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number.

But when i checked my application status, it was shown "sorry, no record found." but i also got my e pan still it is showing same message.

Please check my application and see in this issue.
