Dear Team,

My APS is activate since past 3 years and i am regularly paying the premium towards APS but when i am try to get loging in the nsdl site with pran number they said that pran not found in data base request you do the needful asap as i want make some changes in my APS.

    Dear sir
    I have often mailed on customer support email and phone no one responded. I was made transaction on netmed 03/04/2020 1215*2=2430
    I was use nsdl jiffy platinum rupay debit card pay through paypal.
    Netmed automatically cancelled my order due to lockdown and paypal sent back my refund in original payment method nsdl jiffy platinum rupay debit card.
    But my amount not credited in my account after 1 month 11 days.
    Already lots of mail done but not responding.
    If you will not respond then i will do complain on consumer court i am attaching the proof of my account how much total transaction made and how much refund received.
    And which transaction not received refund everything i am attaching.

          I have been trying to open a new demat account in angel broking. I completed all the steps, including the e signature. After that it redirected me to the nsdl website where i was asked to enter the aadhar number. After entering it, it said an otp would be sent to my email and mobile, but nothing came even after making a lot of attempts at different times.
          Please look into at on urgent basis.

            I am an lic agent, my swavalambhan account was opened by lic. Every year about 2000+ rupees is deducted from my account under this scheme from the last 15 years. Till now i have not got any details about my pran. I have not got any statements. I struggled a lot, i visited from offices to offices to get any detail of this deduction. I called ndsl also but they did not helped. Recently some how i succed to get my pran no. But now when i am entering the details it is showing that ' database not found '. Please help. Is this the way of government to cheat innocent poor people.

              I applied for the pan card today by 10:30 and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displayed the following message :
              Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. How can i go for physical pan card reg during this time?/

                          When I am trying to generate my I Pin, it is showing that pran not in database however I am continuing my APY since 2015.So I can't log in to my account because i am getting the same error message every time Pran not available in database. Please solve it asasp.

                                  I would like to know how much time it will take to receive ipin over email. I have created nps account on 11 april 2020. I have received pran yesterday but i am not able to use it the website for login.

                                  Also i was not not able to esign due to small issue for which i have raised a grievance in the portal and below is the number for the same
