Sir/madam,

I have applied for correction pan card on 10th may 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

I applied for pan card on nsdl website today. After competing the process of applying i received acknowledgement number n-[protected]. When i tried tracking status of my pan card on https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan2/servlet/PanStatusTrack, it shows "sorry, no record found."

Please look into it and do the needful, i need to get my pan card urgently.

I have applied for on line correction in pan card application as on 9/5/2018 and had completed paying through online. My pan application token no is [protected].

I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp one times received for aadhar verification, but a following message is coming
Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no. [protected]

Please help to resolve this issue immediately. As i have already made the payment to nsdl. I didnot received any acknowledgement.

I have opened nps account through my employer, and have received pran no. By sms. While i was out of station, the pran kit was sent by you on my registered address by courier (Blue dart on 30/04). Since nobody was available at my residence, the agency left note, which i found after returning on 7th may, 2018. I called the concerned contact, where it was told that the courier is returned back to nsdl.
I request you send me the pran kit again, at my registered address.

I open an atal pension yojana (Apy) and contribute regularly. But i unable to track my contribution. So, while i trying to create ipin, system shows an error message 'pran not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or send my ipin password to my mobile no. Or email id.

I am used to website nsdl to corretion of pan card. Total no. [protected] and then all submit from after that i was paid money by debit card then amount deducted is 115. But e key aadhar card fail and then fail my application from...
But amount deducted my account. Then after that show the screen board my sms seven working day refund amount your acount but yet do not refund amount my account sir plz refund my deducted amount...

I have applied for a new pan card in the name of radhey sharan tiwari which dispatched our address in jan 2018. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process.
The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

I have had applied for tan number with acknowledgement no. [protected]. Fees deducted from account on 24th april.
Yet the tan status says invalid documents. The mails to taninfo are also not getting any response. And the helpline number is never picked up.
Kindly help to resolve the issue.

The application status on the portal says the following

I have applied my new pan application with acknowledgement number "[protected]" dated "[protected]:39:32.145". After the submission of the application, i got a consignment number (B903z4480021) of "first flight currier".
Few days later, i checked my consignment number on the website of first flight currier, there was a message saying that:-

Booking date origin destination status
13-apr-2018 mumbai amroha return to origin

Destination branch "pending status"
Moradabad hub "no service station"

I have used the portal to apply pan for my wife on 6th may 2018. The application was duly submitted and i paid the fess online for e-sign option.

However the application failed post bank transaction and site said to send form physically but problem is neither i got token details on my mail id or application reference number.

I tried the option for registered users but even after giving in token detail, mail and dob, site says service not available as of now.

My money has been deducted but i do not know what s the...

Firstly, did i miss any part of the process that it says no record found or. What does that mean?
Secondly, how long will it take to read my application and send it to me.
