pan card esign application record not found

I submitted an application via e-sign mode to reprint my pan card and an acknowledge number is generated i. E [protected].
But the nsdl website says it cannot find my record and me, therefore, cannot track my application status. Can you please look into this?

We are unable to proceed with your online pan application due to following reason: mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per pan application with the details available in uidai database. Name/ gender/ date of birth/ name as per aadhaar. Kindly visit designated tin-fc /pan centre and submit your pan application using biometric (Fingerprint) facility. Your online pan application fee will be refunded within seven working days....

pan card application online process failed and money debited

I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my credit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
Now its been over a month...

online pan application refund 24/10

Application no :-[protected] i had opted for online pan application after uploading all documents it has taken to payments page i had chooses upi option payment has been made successfully twice but site has not redirected to payments page after payment now what should i do whom should i contact i had paid 106.70+106.70 twice even application is pending if i paid again same thing happens??? refund for pan card application fee processing

And now when i check the status of the same online, it is showing as "sorry, no records found.

How is this possible?
