Please be informed that i was issued a pan number couple of days ago. The whole process was done online. Now am trying to quote my pan number during transactions and am getting pan number wrong or does not exist message.

My dad's pran no is[protected], we are following up with both nsdl mumbai team and sbi bank to get the amount since december 2017 when we had requested for withdrawal, but everytime these people are passing ball to each other, when contacted nsdl they are saying we have not got details from bank, when contacted bank they are saying we have sent details, i had sent mail many times to bank manager and other authorities they are not responding over mail, neither nsdl team is responding properly they are saying to contact bank, its been 10 month they are doing same, this is last...

This consultant group is fake. They use the money of innocent people and then they started ignoring them. They cheated my uncle. They have taken about 80000 rs from them. They made fake documents, websites, i. Ds and fool them.
I had tried to contact them from last few months but they are not giving us any information and document. And even now they are not responding to us.
Please help..!!

Dear sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card on[protected] through e-kyc/e-sign. After completion of my form i received a message "thank you for using online facility for pan application". After that i got acknowledge no. ([protected]). I have invoice copy of payment receipt and application form in pdf format. But when i checked the status of application it shows that "sorry, no record found".
According to my knowledge there is no need to send the physical documents when i opt for apply via e-kyc/e-sign.

On 20th august 2018, i tried to apply for a pan card through official nsdl website. Since paperless option was available, i used e-kyc as an option and paid using my debit card, hoping that everything goes well. Unfortunately they deducted the amount from the bank and the application failed since mobile number was not registered with aadhar and it said refund will be provided within 7 days. Nsdl also asked me to generate a new token and proceed physically.
Today, it is 3rd august 2018 and i still haven't received any refund. Digital india is truly a failure. Please refund my whole amount...

Dear sir,
I had applied for a new pan card in the name of ameya sanjay degloorkar which was dispatched to my address in june 2018. I couldn’t receive the pan card as my house was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contacted the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

Therefore, i request to resend my pan card to same address and i mention my details below.

Till date i don't receive my pran card (Physical card) on my address. But all the month i am paying for that. Although i open this ac from my bank (Icici bank) online service, but bank executive told me, it will be provide me from nsdl.

I have applied for on line correction in pan card application and had completed paying through online. My pan application token no is [protected].

I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp two times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is coming

Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no. [protected]

Please help to resolve this issue immediately. As i have already made the payment to nsdl.

Hi team,

As i want a new physical pan card so applied for the same through your site.
All the details have been provided and submitted properly.

Payment got successful, but while doing e-kyc/e-sign am encountering the below error.
"exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no [protected]"
I tried several times, but each time i am facing the same error. Not knowing what is wrong with it.

I have apply for change in name for mukeshbhai naranbhai patel in pan through nsdl website on 31st august 2018. The amount was debited of rs. 107 through debit card but it failed to authenticate showing error message of mismatch in aadhar verification due to wrong entering of number in enter aadhard card number.

I couldn't recieve the PAN card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later after couple of day we contact the post man regarding the post. And when i checked my status of pan card, it shows "your pan card has been dispatched on 27-aug-2018 by registered/speed post* vide airway bill no. Ea[protected]in, at the address for communication* provided by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 06-sep-2018.

I have started applying for pan card on 08/08/2018 by online method and have done online payment of rs.106.90 for the physical pan card. Only after the payment that it was notified that it requires aadhar verification otp for ekyc procedure and i did not had my mobile number linked to aadhar.
So i have linked my mobile number to aadhar which took 16 days.
After that, on 24/08/2018 when i started aadhar based ekyc, nsdl site shows that aadhar based ekyc has failed and i have to generate a new token and proceed with physical mode. It was notified that my money will be refunded within...

My pan acknowledgment number is [protected]. I applied for pan on 17th of august, 2018.

My pan status is still 'your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/46/47/48/49 where the application was submitted by you.

I have applied for the pan at noida and enclosed aadhaar card as proof of address and proof of identity and proof of date of birth respectively.

But my application status is not change till date. It take 10 days....

I used nsdl website to create a new pan card. I use e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.107 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 27/08/2018 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed. Hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode.
