Hello,

I had applied for changes to communication address of my pan card, and the same was shipped from nsdl on 31st october. The pan card arrived the destination city rourkela, but was returned back by bluedart to nsdl office in mumbai.
When i contacted bluedart, they said that they have erroneously sent back the shipment, and asked me to contact nsdl.
Could you please help to resend the pan card to the address mentioned in the application form.

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp two times and
It kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

With due respect sir i want to say that i have applied for pan card my acknowledgment number is [protected]. I need my pan card urgently for my new joining in a company although i have been selected but they are not allowing me to join unless i have pan card, if i fail to submit my pan card i will loose my job, i request you kindly issue it as fast as possible.

Even while i am trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'. I have applied for new pan card on 18th november 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number. ([protected]) on completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

I use nsdl website to create a new lost pan card of my father. Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.118.9 using my debit card. Transaction id is jhmp[protected] my balance was deducted from the bank on 18/11/2017 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. My name is poonam devi. I applied for pan card in march 2017
My application no is u[protected]. I haven't received my card and yhe status showed that it was returned undelivered.
I contacted pan card office mumbai and they told me to submit a mail and call again. It's been five months and i have tried calling them hundreds of times but my call is not received. I therefore am requesting you to please redispatch my card on same address.

We were to receive pan card via blue dart which we have'nt received. On going through the status it was found that that it was returned and reason mentioned was that c'nee shifted from the given address. We were present in the given address and we have not shifted. I have applied for pan change in august and received someone else pan card on september (Pan application - ack. No. N-[protected] dated : 07/08/2017). I have couriered that pan card with cover letter to nsdl and did not get acknowledgement from nsdl.

I have spoken to customer care team as well but no proper response.

I am not sure about my pan card status will i get or need to apply for new one....
