I have applied for pan card correction online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through upi on[protected]. But i haven't received the otp at last verification step and given 10 minutes was over.
Please suggest what should i do as payment already deducted to my account and now its showing make your pan card physically.
i have strong disagreement with the NSDL system portal, it has lot of bugs, error problems and non generation of OTP issues, now because of this, we have to suffer a lot.

    Can't make corrections in PAN Card

    I have applied for PAN correction as my date of birth mismatches from my PAN when compared to my Aadhaar, So I need to correct my PAN date of birth. I have completed the payment process also, But while authenticating aadhaar I get an Error as "we are unable to proceed with your online pan application due to following reason: mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per pan application with the details available in uidai database....

      I have applied for duplicate pan card through nsdl website after some days i received a mail that (With regard to verification of your abovementioned application and PAN application documents, we would like to inform you that the documents received on March 16, 2023, are found to be in order during preliminary verification.) But still it is showing that your application is under process. Pls dispatch asap.

            it is for your information that i am an inhabitant of Town-Sarthebari, Dist -Barpeta State- Assam, pin-781307.I would like to draw your notice that in our area one Tractor is illegally riding in public road.This tractor have no Registration Certificate, No fitness certificate, No insurance and have not been pay government tax for three years.But the owner of this vehicle is fearlessly riding this vehicle in a public road.As per government rules if vehicle owner have not pay any government fees then his vehicle may be ban . if this vehicle take place in a accident then who will be responsible for this.Everyone will be failed to identify this vehicle because this vehicle have no Registration certificate.we have been seeing that this vehicle have not been hang a Number plate in his vehicle.               I have applied for PAN card corrections and made payment of Rs.71.90 through Paytm during the application process but after the payment it did not process through.
              I have tried to continue the application process with the token number and e-KYC verification, it went to OTP verification, but I am not getting OTP on my mobile number nor registered e-mail ID.
              Please look into this.

                I had applied for e-PAN on 28/02/2023 and had received my PAN on the same day. I checked if its valid through the e-Filling portal of the income tax dept. and it says that 'PAN is Active and details are as per PAN.' However, when i use my PAN number for bank purposes, it displays the message that the PAN is invalid. My acknowledgement number is- [protected].

                  I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then i tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error from last 4 days.

                  "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime."

                    Unable to receive OTP on aadhaar linked phone number while submitting nomination for my DEMAT account.

                    The issue was that OTP page was opened on chrome where it was not displayed properly. I tried again in different browser and it worked properly

                      Otp for online Aadhar verification not received

                      PAN Card Resend Request

                      Acknowledgement No. [protected]

                      Here with we bring to your kind notice that we had applied for a new PAN Card in the name of “Zahida”, from Delhi, pin code 110053, which was dispatched to our correspondence address in February 2023. But we didn’t receive the PAN Card as nobody came to our address and I didn't have any call in fact. But it is showing 'Returned to NSDL on 11th Feb 2023 on the website.

                      We refer to our PAN application vide acknowledgment number [protected]. Walton SPL Holdings V LLC ('the Applicant') had filed a PAN application (in Form 49AA) on 4 October 2022 which is yet to be processed.

                      On tracking the PAN application status, NSDL has informed that as per Income-tax record, a PAN has already been issued to the Applicant previously and hence, the attached PAN application is on hold and Marked for Core Duplicate Resolution. In this regard, the Applicant would like to clarify and confirm that no PAN has been issued to the Applicant anytime before this.

                      It may be possible that the name of the Applicant could have been misread with some other entity having a similar name in the Income-tax Database.

                      Given that the due date for filing the income tax return/transfer pricing Form 3CEB was 31 October 2022, obtaining the PAN by the Applicant in a timely manner is extremely important. Accordingly, the Applicant humbly requests you to recheck the database, process the attached application and issue a PAN to the Applicant at the earliest.

                        We refer to a PAN application (in Form 49AA) vide acknowledgment number [protected] filed on 6 February 2023 for a foreign company viz., APAC Company XXIX Limited ('the Applicant') which is yet to be processed. We have attached herewith the PAN application acknowledgement.

                        On tracking the PAN application status, NSDL has informed that as per Income-tax record, a PAN has already been issued to the Applicant previously and hence, the attached PAN application is currently on hold.

                        We have enclosed herewith the latest screenshot from the NSDL portal. In this regard, the Applicant would like to clarify and confirm that this is the first and only application filed for obtaining PAN. Further, no PAN has been issued to the Applicant anytime before this.

                        It may be possible that the name of the Applicant could have been misread with some other entity having a similar name in the Income-tax Database.

                        We request your urgent assistance in this regard as this entity is exploring to make investments in India and needs the PAN to open custody accounts in India.

                        We have already mailed the protean tech team and did not hear back from them, and hence, we have also filed this grievance on the income-tax portal.

After the payment is complete, suddenly a window appear like this "Your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time using returing user option in Login page". so I need all the money.
