I have applied for on line correction in pan card application and had completed paying through online. My pan application token no is [protected]
I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp many times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is coming
Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no.[protected]
Please help to resolve this issue immediately. As i have already made the payment to nsdl & also not received acknowledgement no to my mail i'd & even on mobile no

      I was applying for a pan card of my father but the eKyc failed and it was saying that the refund will be processed in 7 days. It was on 28 June but i haven't received yet. I made the payment two times the tokon no. Is [protected] and [protected] but had not received the refund for both applications. When i contacted bank they said that the refund was not credited. I made the payment using my card on the nsdl site (payment gateway - paytm)

      myself Sunil Gupta today apply for correction of name in Pan card through online and also pay fee amount through netbanking but after that no acknowledge number or any receipt information recieved. online process is also stopped. kindly help in this regards & resoled the issue on priority basis.

      I apply for pan card but due to some reasons my application is rejected and shows that you get your money refund within a week in your account but i can't get my money refund until now.

        I tried to fill the pan update application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
        The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process.
        The vid generation step took me to page not found
        Also i entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

          I have applied for pan card on 4th july 2019, through e-sign/e-kyc mode, as i lost mine. I have got my acknowledgement number [protected]. On completion of the process i have received message like below.

          "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

          If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

          But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

            I applied for pan online but due to some reasons my application reject and messages shows on screen that you will get your refund within one week. I wait for one week but my amount of rupees 106 is not refund. I pay through the paytm wallet.
            Today is 8th day but i not get my refund until now. When i complain on nsdl website they again sent me mail you will get refund within a week and sent one email again that i need to contact with my bank
            How much time i wait to get my refund?

              customer care executive are saying, your name & your father name are same.
              i have submitted all the docs My Aadhaar & my father's Aadhaar, Saying that My name & my grand father name is name.

                Dear sir/madam,
                One of the nsdl pan employer call me on (22.06.2019) saturday regarding about the refund money that time some amount will be deducted automatically from my account. The employer told that amount will be transacted within in one day.
                Still now that amount is not transacted to my account. Total amount is rs.5100. Please see the transaction detail and revert me back i am waiting for your kind response. Kindly check the issue and get my money back as soon as possible.

                      I received my e pan with number.
                      But in pan verification it says no record found.

                      I did some corrections in pan card online through e-kyc and I got massage of aknowledgement number but when I go to check status of pan it showing no record found .

                        Hi, i submitted a request for pan change using ekyc/esign method today. After i filled the essentials, i recieved a mail providing the acknowledgement no and other details.

                        But when i check the application status online it says - sorry, no record found. Please help me.

                        Do i have to post the documents on nsdl address... Because i thought in ekyc method, that wasn't necessary. Please reply asap

                            Your e-Sign/e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate a new token and proceed with physical mode or e-Sign mode

                              Dear sir/madam

                              I applied to reprint of my existing pan card through official nsdl website, filled and submit all details thats necessary and also paid rs. 106.90 online from my debit card and last i selected ekyc option and also authenticate and proceed.

                              Then it's showing continue with ekyc and whenever i filled aadhar generated otp for ekyc then it's always showing a error "your request cannot be processed. Please try again later".

                              Already tried more than ten times, can you please tell me how many time more i need to try for that.

                              Kindly refund my money that i paid for that or let's do by your own or make it available for me to complete the ekyc without any error.

                              I'm also sending some details that i got to login are as following :-

                              And also sending you the payment receipt and error with attached files, please find the attachment.

On 29 june 2019 i came to know from sharekhan company that my application to convert tc100scheme to bsda scheme is rejected by nsdl.                                     Sir,
                                    Sub: request for cancellation of ist of 2 application for correction of pan card no. Audps2959m and expedite issue of corrected pan.
                                    My application for correction in my pan card (No. Audps2959m and) has neen kept pending in the it department and causing me unfold difficulties.
                                    I have been told that i have made 2nd application for pan card correction, but i was not aware that i made two application. Initial application was made from rajasthan. I got a response to that, saying that there were correction in the application. When i received this intimation i was in kerala. So i sent the required correction from kerala. Now i am told that this correction i sent is being treated as a second application and this is holding up the issuing of my pan card.
                                    Kindly cancel the application from rajastan (Acknowledgement no. [protected]) and issue my pan on the basis of the corrected application from kerala (Aknowledge no. [protected])

                                    Your PAN application has been rejected by the Income Tax Department, as another PAN application is already pending with them. In this regard, you may contact the concerned officer of Regional Computer Centre of the Income Tax Department to clear your previous application.

                                      I've applied for pan online using nsdl website, my token number is [protected].
                                      I've filled up the application form but after successfully completing e-kyc i'm getting the following exception exception in generating esign user pdf inside esign controller for token no [protected]

                                      Please help to resolve this issue immediately. As i have already made the payment to nsdl.

                                      Retried it today and it worked. Its an issue with the NSDL servers. I would suggest others to give another try after a day or two. Also if you are doing e-kyc/e-sign wait for the first OTP to come cos it usually take more than 10 min until which it expires. At that time regenerate the OTP again and then enter the newly obtained one.

                                        I used nsdl website to create a new pan card. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.90 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 25/06/2019 (Successful transaction) but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate a new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get a refund of the pan application in next seven working days." i haven't got the refund within one week. This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. When i will be getting my refund back?
