I use NSDL website to create a new pan card to me. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20 using online banking first time it was failed again i done with paytm this timw was also failed atlast third time succeed.MY balance was deducted from the bank on 07/07/2019 totally three times.I want my first two time processed fee back.

    Sir/madam,

    I have applied for new pan card on 14th june 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.
    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

    AS I HAVE APLLIED A FORM FROM NSDL WAPSITE FOR THE CORRECTION OF MY D.O.B IN MY PAN CARD . AFTER THE MONEY TRANSITION WAS SUCCESSFULL. I AM GETTING A REPEATEDILY ERROR "Your Request cannot be Processed . Please try after some time" ITS BEEN 4 DAYS NOW.

      I use nsdl website to create a new pan card to me. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.116.20 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 27/06/2019 but pan card application processing failed due to my name in application is sync with aadhar. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. Till i didnt get my refund amount.

        I had applied for my pan card on june 6th 2018 and yet i have not received my pan card. I updated my aadhar card thrice as it is my proof of name and address and simply due to no reason there has been a delay.in the facilitation center they go on calling me in periods of 2 days but the status of the applicatio n does not change at all. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 from paytm and amount was deducted from my account on 25/06/2019 but it show me the screen which wants to authenticate my aadhar card by sending an otp on my number which i didn't get it because my aadhar is not linked to my number. So the transaction failed Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-sign/e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-sign/e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days."
          After that I did the whole process again but again the same message appeared and the amount deducted again.
          So the amount deducted two times for two token number but both the transaction failed. I have not received any refund yet.
          So please check my Payment history in NSDL website and refund my pan application fees for both the transaction.

As per belom I have paid an amount through Rupay debit card and amount was deducted from my account on 12/03/2021 & 13/03/2021 but it show me the screen which wants to authenticate my aadhar card by sending an otp on my number which i didn't get it because my aadhar is not linked to my number. So the transaction failed Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-sign/e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-sign/e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days."

            Sir, i have used NSDL website to create a new pan card Temporary Token is [protected] & [protected]. I use e-kyc option for Aadhar verification. I MY balance was deducted from the bank but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. they have to close their website if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change.

              I am trying to fill the application form for the new pan card

              Getting this error while doing e-kyc
              "exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no [protected]"

              Have provided all the details regarding the application form and paid the fee also, but when i tried to complete my e-kyc i get this error

                    I was applying for a pan card of my father but the eKyc failed and it was saying that the refund will be processed in 7 days. It was on 28 June but i haven't received yet. I made the payment two times the tokon no. Is [protected] and [protected] but had not received the refund for both applications. When i contacted bank they said that the refund was not credited.                     I am unable to change my IPIN as well as mobile no from site as error shows that PRAN Not Found In database .

                      I tried to fill the pan update application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
                      The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process.
                      The vid generation step took me to page not found
                      Also i entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

                          I applied for pan online but due to some reasons my application reject and messages shows on screen that you will get your refund within one week. I wait for one week but my amount of rupees 106 is not refund. I pay through the paytm wallet.
                          Today is 8th day but i not get my refund until now. When i complain on nsdl website they again sent me mail you will get refund within a week and sent one email again that i need to contact with my bank

                              One of the nsdl pan employer call me on (22.06.2019) saturday regarding about the refund money that time some amount will be deducted automatically from my account. The employer told that amount will be transacted within in one day.
                              Still now that amount is not transacted to my account. Total amount is rs.5100. Please see the transaction detail and revert me back i am waiting for your kind response. Kindly check the issue and get my money back as soon as possible.

                                  My name is meenal meena.
                                  I applied for pan card from nsdl online but later i came to know that my adhaar card was not linked to phone number so otp didn't come and so i decided to make my pan card offline. Now i want my refund of 71.90 rs. From nsdl back. I paid on 30th may.

                                    I have applied for on line correction in pan card application and had completed paying through online. My pan application token no is [protected].

                                    I have been trying to provide ekyc for my aadhaar card and also submitted otp two times received for aadhar verification, but every time following message is coming

                                    Exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no. [protected]

                                    Please help to resolve this issue immediately. As i have already made the payment to nsdl.

                                    Sir i have applied for pan online with e kyc.
                                    I received my e pan with number.
                                    But in pan verification it says no record found.

                                    My pan number is - FNSPM8715E
                                    And my name is - ANJANI MITTAL
                                    I did some corrections in pan card online through e-kyc and I got massage of aknowledgement number but when I go to check status of pan it showing no record found .

                                      Hi, i submitted a request for pan change using ekyc/esign method today. After i filled the essentials, i recieved a mail providing the acknowledgement no and other details.

                                      But when i check the application status online it says - sorry, no record found. Please help me.

                                      Do i have to post the documents on nsdl address... Because i thought in ekyc method, that wasn't necessary. Please reply asap

                                        Sir/madam,

                                        I have applied for new pan card on 2 july 2019 through e-sign mode. I have got my acknowledgement number (N-[protected]) on completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."
