Sir/madam,

I corrected information in pan card on yesterday[protected] through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number [protected]. On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

    I was applied pan card through e-kyc/e-sign on nsdlthe details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through debit card on 21.06.2019. But i haven't received the otp at last verification step.
    Please suggest what should i do as payment already deducted to my account.

      I have applied for the pan card through e-kyc with token [protected]
      and paid Rs.106 but the process did not get completed.
      I have paid through Debit card on[protected].
      The money got deducted from the bank account but after that it asked for aadhar authentication where the process got stopped returned to home page saying that your application process is failed.
      Photo is attached for the clear information about transaction id and payment.
      Please refund my money for applying new pancard.

        I have applied to update my pan card on 24th June 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([[protected]]). On completion of the process I have received message like below.

        "Thank you for using online facility for pan application.

        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

          I had applied with NSDL online for a change in my PAN details. My PAN no is BHOPP5742E. The acknowledgement no for my online application is [protected]. My application was rejected stating that the proofs submitted did not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in the application.It is been 25 days and I have not received any refund. Kindly refund my PAN processing fee.

          Sir ki Maine apna pan card apply Kiya tha first tym.to Maine apna ghar ka proper address diya tha but jo postman Pancard dene aaya tha usne likh diya ye address incorrect h but humesha mere address m saare courier aate h so plz help me sir ji .

            I have applied for a pan card in the name of ajay shete which dispatched our address in jan 2019. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for 4 days and returned to the sender address.

            Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.

                I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.107.50 using my Google pay account. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 07/05/2019 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." I have got a Rs.5.75 refund message from my bank on 07/05/2019. where is the remaining amount of my Pan Application? This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change.

                  I applied for nps account under all citizen model almost a year back, i received only ipin/tpin number after a month. I also received sms saying my pran has been processed, but did not get pran number and pran card still.

                  Request you to look in to the issue here, and let me know functure course of action.

                    Now I applied for the pan card, and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :

                            My Acknowledgement Number is 11892009 and the Acknowledgement Date is 18/06/2019. When I am trying to complete my pending NPS registration, I am getting error message saying "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." I am getting this message since last 18 hours.

                            There are customer care detaisl where I can reach out to get this issue resolved. Kindly get this issue fixed as soon as possible.

                              I have applied PAN Card for my Wife online on 19-June-2019, and i got confirmation and Acknowledgment Number [[protected]] from the application form.

                                I got a text message regarding that NSDL has found some discrepancy in my ITD data with acknowledge number [protected] and ask me to resolve it by download Letter form from https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/StatusTrack.html
                                But when I went to the above URL no form is available for download and I didn't get any email regarding the letter too.
                                Please resolve the issue as soon as possible and make the letter available for download or send it to the registered email address.

                                  I was applied for pan application on 20th may 2019 on nsdl. I completed 90% of application form and they asking to pay 150 rs and i paid that. But the application is not completed due e-kyc failure. Later they displayed message like you will get refund your paid amount in 7 days. but still i did't get my refund amount. so please help me to refund the amount from nsdl.

                                    I have submitted my application on 18th June 2019, for PAN card change request with new photo and other details. However, when i check the status of my application its shows no record found.
