I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.107.50 using my Google pay account. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 07/05/2019 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days." I have got a Rs.5.75 refund message from my bank on 07/05/2019. where is the remaining amount of my Pan Application? This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change.

    Sir,
    I applied for nps account under all citizen model almost a year back, i received only ipin/tpin number after a month. I also received sms saying my pran has been processed, but did not get pran number and pran card still.

    Request you to look in to the issue here, and let me know functure course of action.

      Now I applied for the pan card, and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :

      " Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days. '''


      so again i applyed and choosen the '' Physical Method "

      then after a successful payment, again the same problem

      e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :

I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as our home was closed when the local Post Man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the Post Man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

              My Acknowledgement Number is 11892009 and the Acknowledgement Date is 18/06/2019. When I am trying to complete my pending NPS registration, I am getting error message saying "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." I am getting this message since last 18 hours.

              There are customer care detaisl where I can reach out to get this issue resolved. Kindly get this issue fixed as soon as possible.

                I have applied PAN Card for my Wife online on 19-June-2019, and i got confirmation and Acknowledgment Number [[protected]] from the application form.

                "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                But when i go and check the status, it is showing "Records not Found".

                Please verify and solve this issue.

                  I got a text message regarding that NSDL has found some discrepancy in my ITD data with acknowledge number [protected] and ask me to resolve it by download Letter form from https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/StatusTrack.html
                  But when I went to the above URL no form is available for download and I didn't get any email regarding the letter too.
                  Please resolve the issue as soon as possible and make the letter available for download or send it to the registered email address.

                    I was applied for pan application on 20th may 2019 on nsdl. I completed 90% of application form and they asking to pay 150 rs and i paid that. But the application is not completed due e-kyc failure. Later they displayed message like you will get refund your paid amount in 7 days. but still i did't get my refund amount. so please help me to refund the amount from nsdl.

                      I have submitted my application on 18th June 2019, for PAN card change request with new photo and other details. However, when i check the status of my application its shows no record found.

                      I have generated the pdf, which mentioned not to send my application by post as it was e-sign/e-kyc.

                            I applied for a new pan through NSDL and got through almost all steps. I paid the fee using my debit card and money was debited from my account. But then my application was rejected due to a mismatch in demographic data. I have not received the refund yet. The application was made on 07/06/2019 and the transaction occured the same day.                                   A few days ago, when I tried to connect PAN number with my Aadhar, then only It came to my knowledge which was error on my PAN card. I made some corrections through the NSDL website to restore it. For this, I was charged 106 rupees, but my request is not accepted due to technical difficulties. I tried second times and have been charged rupees 106.90 again, sum of 213.80 rupees got deducted from my Paytm account. Furthermore, some info message after failure transaction, that is the amount of will back to my within 7 working days. After seven working days, on 29.05.2019 once paid, only Rs 106 is credited back into my bank account.The second time money was not received yet. There is no action to complain about via email and phone. Kindly take the necessary action on this. Therefore, I humbly ask you to send this amount as quickly as to my bank number.

                                      I would like to inform you that PAN no.AQGPK0115N allotted to me and one other person whose name and father name is same but his address in different from my one.I am facing problem because of this wrong PAN data.A letter of confession TIN/OPS/NW/2019-20/1054 was about wrong PAN entry was issued in my name and address but it was not received by me and it was delivered at the address to Sh.                                       If you will check the record of dispatch this letter should be delivered on my location but why and how it was delivered to same person of my name I don't know.I would like to know how much ime it will take to correct my PAN data.I am in trouble because of this, all my cibil data is disturbed because of this and I am unable to take loan.Please allot new PAN

                                        I've applied online for fresh pan card application, My 1st transaction failed due to Aadhar card authentication failed. I tried the 2nd transaction again failed for the same reason. On 3rd transaction I got success.
                                        For each transaction, from my account deducted Rs.106.90.
                                        For the same next day, I received a refund for the 1st transaction.
                                        after a two week, I received my PAN Card. but still, the 2nd transaction needs to refund.
                                        I mailed to ([protected]@nsdl.co.in, [protected]@nsdl.co.in) regarding these issues, till the day I didn't receive any updates.
