A few days ago, when I tried to connect PAN number with my Aadhar, then only It came to my knowledge which was error on my PAN card. I made some corrections through the NSDL website to restore it. For this, I was charged 106 rupees, but my request is not accepted due to technical difficulties. I tried second times and have been charged rupees 106.90 again, sum of 213.80 rupees got deducted from my Paytm account. Furthermore, some info message after failure transaction, that is the amount of will back to my within 7 working days. After seven working days, on 29.05.2019 once paid, only Rs 106 is credited back into my bank account.The second time money was not received yet. There is no action to complain about via email and phone. Kindly take the necessary action on this. Therefore, I humbly ask you to send this amount as quickly as to my bank number.
