[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — checking status with pan acknowledgement (esign) says record not found

Hi sir/madam,

I applied for pan card name change in the nsdl site on aug 9, 2019. I uploaded the necessary documents, photo and signature and received an acknowledgement from the nsdl site.
When i tracked the status of pan card with the provided acknowledgement number, it says no records found.
