[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — complaint about new pan card | |||
Dear, sir my name is manish yadav. I want to make new pan card. Before few days i was trying to apply for new pan card. I filled all the detail as well as make payment. Payment procedure is completed and i got message that message is : Our e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. Please help me Was this information helpful? | |||

i got my money which was deducted from my account NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
