[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Deducted amount from my account has not yet received | |||||
I applied for pan card through nsdl services on 6/6/2017 i finished the online process of filling the necessary details in the online form and even i paid rs.112.75 through internet banking services from sbi. After payment has done I got message immediately like my transaction was cancelled or rejected and my amount would return immediately it happen twice but they have not return the amount of rs.225 to my account until now. I sent them e-mail referring about this but not got any reply what should i have to do to get back my amount. This is totally not correct they have not enrolled by application by they have deducted amount from my account what should i have to do to get back my amount. Pls help me (They alloted a token no and they send me a e-mail about the details of them in case if it was useful for further steps) Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 18, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I have received my amount back which was deducted from my online account at time of registration. I received it after 10 days from the day i have submitted my complaint.Thanks for returning the amount and please help the people who wants to register through your services with out any problems as per as possible.Because my application has not registered yet so help as with this issue, the problem arise at the time of payment or issuing of PAN card.Any how thanks a lot once again NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
