[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Delayed in getting pan card | |||||
My mother has applied for new pan card vide ack no [protected] in feb 17. All documents has been received by your office on 25 feb 17. Till now the online status showing the following- "we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. Your application is under process with nsdl" my mother have to give her pan in bank and it's been two months since she has applied for the pan nd till now we are still waiting for the pan. If nsdl would take this much time then what is the need for online application process. This process is snailed pace slow as compered to the earlier offline process. Also, one more thing i want to highlight that on calling the nsdl helpline, it keep on saying that line is busy. And already i have already send multiple email to their official email ([protected]@nsdl.Co.In), but, nsdl not even answered once. I want to know why there is delay in the process.
