[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — duplicate pan card | |||
Sir/madam, I have applied for a duplicate pan card on 2nd December 2018 through e-sign document submission mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process I received message like below. "Thank you for using online facility for pan application." and I received the receipt for the online payment too. "If you have digitally signed your application using esign then there is no need to forward physical documents." But when i checked my application status today, it was showing "Sorry, no record found." Please check my application, as there is no clarity here. Verified Support Dec 05, 2018 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response This PAN application is applied through using Physical mode facility, hence you need to send the PAN acknowledgment copy affixing Photo, duly signed and enclosing the supporting document to NSDL e-Governance. Sir, I had applied my pan card. My pan card is came to the local post office and it is unable to deliver by them to me since I'm not in my home. We have changed our locality. So they returned the pan card. So you want to redispatch my pan card. Thank you.
