[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — e-sign/ekyc online applied pan card application status showing "no record found"

Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card on 8th november 2020 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received the acknowledgement recipt.

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

I applied for pan card and paid Rs.106.90 and I can't track my application it says "No Records found".
How can there be no records?
Do I need apply again or what? By the way, I got the acknowledgment number though.
Please help me out.
