[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — exception in generating esign user pdf inside design controller for token no. | |
I have been applying for pan card using nsdl online servuce through ekyc and esign. After all the information input and completing the payment, i authenticated my ekyc and entered the otp however the esign is not working. The error "exception in generating esign user pdf inside esigncontroller for token no 00425*" Thus my application has halted. Need my pan card as soon as possible. Please help settle the issue.
