I am chandan kumar from kesariya bihar.
Sir i applied for my education loan by vidyalakshmi portal (Nsdl) on dated 10-dec-19. After two month i have not get any response from the bank so i decided to visit personality to other bank and i got confirmation for my loan and they advice me to apply again by vidyalakshmi poral but due to my privious application i can not apply again unless the privious application cancel by bank. So visited the three bank and on my writeen request they cancel it.
Now vidyalakshmi customer care advice me to go zonal office and cancel it i did too but still on my vidyalakshmi portal the status is same as before.
In between i called several time but they have only one answers to visit bank.
I visited 3 times to all 3 banks but they are telling and show me on computer that they already cancel it.
Again i called vidyalakshmi they still telling talk to bank only
Dear sir i am really harass by the vidyalakshmi portal and the customer care
Sir my father is farmer he sell his all land and make me a pilot but for further training on airbus i need to talk a loan but and stuck on vidyalakshmi portal.
Bank advice me that they can accept loan application only by vidyalakshmi portal
I wrote to national consumer helpline with applicable number 1919124 but it takes long time and my career will be baddly disturb.
I did twitter to vidyalakshmi as well as honorable pm of india
Sir i request you kindly cancel my privious application so i can apply a new application to the bank.
If my problem will not solve by next month i will lose my training and it will be very difficult to get training slot.
Request you kindly take urgent action on my problem so that i can build my career.
