[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — fraud pan provider | |||
I have applied for PAN details correction in https://online-pancard.com portal. As per the portal instruction i have done everything. Payment done towards service 499/ Rs. Send the physical application along with proofs to the portal provide address. Still date not yet received any status about my application or not yet get physical corrected copy of my PAN card. Oct 28, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Sep 27, 2019 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANCARD.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

Dear sir, I am very sad becouse I am waiting to my pan card.but its not recevid in timly me. please dispatched correct addresses.this is second mistec for address relative .my original pan card when loses.itsthird pan card which not reacived me.please help me
