[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Lock parn card

Address:Sikar, Rajasthan

[protected] is my pran card no. My account was locked, while trying to login.please issue a new password for my i pin. My working mobile no [protected] and my e- mail mal. [protected]@yahoo.com

I am trying to set a log in password for my account. Everytime I try to create activate my account it says "PRAN not found in Database"
Can you please help here.

PAN CARD No.DEHPK5475P received with wrong Date of Birth mentioned over there. It is entered as 11/11/1957 instead of 18/11/1958.

Kindly arrange to send the PAN Card with Correct DoB.

Please let me know for any further details you required for this purpose.

I have submitted all the necessary documents with respect to the opening of account which has been delivered to your office on 17th December 2016 but the account is said to be still in frozen mode. I have been submitting grievances multiple times but no action has been taken.
