[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — my money is not refunded | |||
I used the nsdl website for the change and correction of name in the pan card by using e-kyc aadhar linked application and i have already applied and my money is deducted from my bank account on 1st of march 2019. After the money debited, i received a message saying the application process is failed and the money will be refunded in seven working days. But i haven’t received any payment from you. I have applied twice in your website and paid rs. 106.90 both the time. So please accept this complaint and make sure to refund the money (Of rs. 213.80) as soon as possible to my account.
