Verified Support Apr 25, 2017 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Your PAN application is forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) for allottment of PAN. However ITD database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. We are following up with ITD for earliest resolution
