Sir, my name jagannath saha a senior citizen. I applied for a new pan card through online portal with e_kyc on 30 june 2017. I successfully submit my application and paid the fee and got an acc. No. And also payment receipt from nsdl. But from that day i am unable to tract my application through online messege shown "no record found" and also not get my pan. I called so many time to the call centre of nsdl and also send so many mails. But nothing reply received. Customer care person told me wait for 2days, 5 day, and so on. Now today told wait for more days but not give a specific time. My pan card is important for me for my business registration and also for my bank account. I already wait for 1 month. Nothing resolution come from nsdl. Please help me from your site. Payment ref.
