[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — no record found in e-kyc pan modify application | |
I filled up an application online for some changes in my pan card. I verified using e-kyc but i am still getting no record found when i track my pan status. I have received e-mails with my application in pdf format. My acknowledgment number is - [protected] And is it possible to change the communication address? My current communication address is undergoing construction, so it might be an issue for both parties. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |
Sep 25, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 16, 2018 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and forwarded to Income Tax Department (ITD) to update the changes requested in PAN application. We are following up with ITD for earliest resolution.
