NSDL E-Governance Infrastructure — Not able to log in into NSDL app or site using my PRAN

I am not able to log in NSDL site or NSDL app using my PRAN number

"[protected]" and getting the error as invalid PRAN number but every month i get the text message on my mobile as XX amount is deposited into the PRAN account.

Please help me on this and fix it as i am not able to log in and track the amount.
