Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — not able to track my application status

Sir/Madam,
I have applied to update my pan card from minor to major on 20 Jun, 2019.I have completed all the procedure and submit the required fees. I have also received an email as follows:-

"we thank you for using online pan application service of Nsdl E-GOVERNANCE infrastructure limited. If application made using e-sign mode-then there is no need to forward physical documents."
My acknowledgement no is [protected].
Please check my application status and highlight this issue.
