[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Not updating the information in pan NSDL | |||||
DEAR ALL, I have Applied for change in pan card vide acknowledgment no. [protected] in feb 2017 and it was received by PAN NSDL office pune on 21st feb 2017. Normally, it takes 10-15 days to update and dispatch new pan card, but it been 1 month and four days now, they haven ot updated and issued new pan card. Moreover, i called in their customer care number thrice but everytime they assure me that ur pan application will be verified and updated within 4 to 5 days.but still they have not issue the card.It was bit urgent. kindly resolve..
