Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Nps account frozen despite payment done successful | |
I have applied for eNPS on 24 Feb 2021 and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a customer of ICICI Bank for past 13 years. But the status is """Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank""". I discussed with ICICI Bank local branch as well as customer care, but they are not sure about the verification process. I had tried to reach customer care, but they have no understanding of this and are unable to help. I had raised complaint to ICICI Bank customer care, but they did not understand the question at all. Please understand the problem and specifically mention the process so that the issue I have mentioned below can resolved.A standard reply without specifics will not help.Pleaae contact me over my phone, if you cannot understand the matter.I am having my salary account with icici for last 13 years.My NPS AC status is showing frozen and they have asked to request the registered bank to do the needful for activation of my NPS account.please do needful and help me.
