Hi team, I have received my e-pan copy of my pan card in which my signature printed in 180 degree (I. E mirror image) i have called the team and informed regarding the same on 26th may 2017. The team told me that resolution shall be provided in 48hrs (Person name: azhar). But when i call them on 1st jun 2017, they do not have any update and one of the representative on call told me that we will provide you the new acc. Number in next 48 hrs. The first acknowledgement number took around 2 months to process the pan card and know it is mistake of nsdl who printed my signature mirror image on the e-copy, which i asked them to get it corrected by rotating the signature by 180 degree. At first still know i do not have any update and on top of that if they process the pan card again then it will take again next 2 months. Which is really not acceptable as this is the error from nsdl. And when ever i give a call always busy and not all replying for the email. Was this information helpful? | |||||
