Dear sir/madam, I open a national pension scheme account. I am individual subscriber of tier i account - i have used aadhar registration process. I have also paid initial amount in that account. I received pran number through sms & email about successful completion of account opening process. When i try to view my profile and tried to reset my password using pran, it is showing "pran not found in database" and sometime shows "unauthorized user".
