[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — nsdl e-governance infrastructure it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign process which require uploading of documents.
the problem occurs when the payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process.
There it asked to enter otp, after entering the otp it opens a page
saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'
