[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Online application for new pan card using Aadhar card details through paperless option | |||||
I am applied for new pan card using the https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html for paperless application. My account has been debited on 13/03/2017 and after successful payment there is an error message that your application could not be processed due to an error. My Token no. is [protected]. I am received a pop up message that you will get the refund within next 7 days but didn't received the refund amount even more than 15 days lapsed. How digital India compaign will succeed in India where there is no sytem to refund the amount within the stipulated time. There must be passed a strong law to tackle such cases since such persons are didn't understand the value of others money. so there should be proper system to tackle them.
