Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — online pan application refund 24/10

Application no :-[protected] i had opted for online pan application after uploading all documents it has taken to payments page i had chooses upi option payment has been made successfully twice but site has not redirected to payments page after payment now what should i do whom should i contact i had paid 106.70+106.70 twice even application is pending if i paid again same thing happens??? I have attached 2 screen shots which i have received after two payments

Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.

Hi,

My name is Gaddam naresh Reddy and my PRAN number is[protected]. I am geeting an error "PRAN not found in Database" while setting IPIN. Could you please look into this issue.
