[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — online pan status | |
Sir/madam, I have applied for new pan card on 27 may 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below. "thank you for using online facility for pan application. If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents." I tried to apply for a PAN card through online-NSDL website, after completing payment process and Entered generated OTP but its ofter showing 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometimes'. I tried many times but the same message is appearing after entering the otp. Please help me to solve this problem.

This Pan application was rejected and I paid 106.90 ruppes for Pan and then after this Pan application was rejected because some issues but money 106.90 ruppes is not refunded till now to my bank account.
