Hai sir, I had to submit a new pan card form in online, all form had be filled and online payment will be done but the one time password was not to send the phone number, after a few minutes later the one time password done but the page is section expired, than i login but they are seeing that "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode, kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode.
