[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — online registration for enps failed but money deducted | |
Date of incidence:[protected]th november) I opted for registering for nps through the online portal. After completing all the steps, i was taken to the payment gateway where i paid inr 1500 through by andhra bank account's online banking feature. The transaction went through and money was deducted from my andhra bank account. However, nsdl website showed that payment failed. Now, the money is gone and pran is not generated. Please refund the money or generate the pran. Do either one of the two. Acknowledgement id that was given was 11980091. The id was given on 11th november, 2019. Was this information helpful? | |
