[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — otp message not received

I have done all step and pay money but didn't receive message

I have applied for pan card online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhar.
The form was submitted successfully with correct details and payment made via e-banking. But i did not receive otp for aadhar authentication. Pan applied on 06/12/2017
Please check this and revert at the earliest as this is urgent!

Total bad server of PAN and aadhar
I think no..3 times..Money deducted
But not at all..

Online facility is very difficult task

I've applied for my pan card and it's been more than 2 months but I didn't get my pan card I've paid charges also where is my pan card I'm not able to receive OTP though help me out of this
