Sir/Madam, I am writing on behalf of my LLP company. I have applied new PAN for my company on 15th of June. On 18th June i received discrepancy email that application can not be processed due to non submission of Aadhaar card and the scanned photos are not clear. Since this is for our company we do not have Aadhaar card. so we uploaded our company registration certificate again. On 25th June i received discrepancy email that the PDF file is corrupted. Again we uploaded the same document. After that the status shows "Your application is under process at NSDL - TIN Facilitation Center. You may contact TIN FC[protected] where the application was submitted by you" I have been trying to contact this customer care number but no one is picking up the call. And, I have also emailed them regarding this where i could not find any reply. It is been a month since i uploaded the document . Please do further necessary action to get my new PAN. All my company works are backlogging due to this issue. Kindly do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||
